Ok. Here's the deal.
This is just the sign ups. If anyone wants to join, go there and sign up IC. Don't care how long it is, just sign up there from now on.
Again, only the sign ups.
You have 1 week from today, meaning until the 19th. The actually action will begin sometime that night.
You may sign up ANYTIME during the next week...if you want to wait until the last second, go ahead, take your time making it there, there's no need to rush, though I would suggest that everyone should try to do it before the 19th, for my sanity.
EDIT: Everyone, individually, needs to sign up unless someone is given the ok by another person to sign them up.
IE: CU is in it...but everyone that from cu must place a join application for the tourny. It's my little keepsake. don't like it...tough...don't join.

0.o The phrasing of that phrase confused the heck out of me... Nonetheless, I won't be making the tournament, because I have to finish my tenure at the Dojo of Light. After I wrap up stuff in Heaven (whether that be a week or a month), I'll stop by for this saga.

Basically, it means that even if you are in Civil Unrest, and would like to be in this tourney/saga, you still have to post an application in the BAS thread on Earthsei. This is to keep track of all who wish to participate.

Yeah, I need a good ass kickin'. Put me down. One of my Ideas was we could have teams of three and we could have one on one matches, but when one person on the team loses, the whole team loses. The people on the same team would never be paired. Rather they would act as one entrant in the tourney and switch out. During the final round the three on the one team and the three on the other team could go one on one at the same time. The last person standing wins along with his team and gets a...scouter or something cheap.

Thank you! There aren't going to be prizes for any of this Bon Para, alright? It's solely for developing one's character and meeting other PCs, savvy? And just for the record I'll be helping Piccolo with this (I'll be the one secretely feeding him additional ideas and stuff like that), but since I'm tied up IC, I won't be showing up until later.
