Spopovich has agreed to take on the mantle of MC for a series of tournament style matches when I am unable to play.
These tournaments will offer minor prizes that will be usable in game. Prizes can range from EXP to minor magical items depending on the size and type of tournament.

Ok. We had a little battle against an Ogre. Dave was taken out after hitting it once. Firiel jumped on its back, was grappled off, and then hit by Oskar by mistake. Eventually, it was taken down, though it was tougher than it shoulda been. D- to everyone involved, except for Link, who gets a C- for actually moving to flank. Next battle will be tougher, guys.

Tonight went as follows:
Oskar: © Good use of Summon Monster. Should have stayed back though and let his beasty do his dirty work.
Firiel: © Cast spells and tried to make distance between them, but cast a spell in melee, invoking an attack of opportunity. Also, she ran by, which gave another AoA. Attacked Kiro with a spell again. Maybe should have cast a Nature's Ally spell though.
Dave: (F) Took off his armor like a dumbass and used no weapon.
Kiro: © Fought Oskar decently, but continually forgets the reach of his weapon. Fought well though, including charging.
Firiel won, though mainly because she's a caster and the others couldn't hit her.

Link: D, Played the long range game well. Used Rapid shot to his advantage. Very good. Had to be reminded to subtract 2 from his attack from his attack rolls. Otherwise, playing very well. A quick learner too. Moved through Dave's threatened area. Engaged a barbarian in melee. Like a dumbass. He coulda took Whompt out with arrows, most likely.
Kiro: C, Needs a long range weapon, or atleast a shield or something to better his armor. But he played his character well against Link, including charging and staying 5 feet away due to his weapon's reach. A long range weapon would do him good though.
Oskar: D, Oskar should have cast spells instead of attacking Link at the start. He did better later on. Summon Monster 1, for example. Even though a Cleric has mediocre combat ability, against a Ranger they = teh suck. But he did heal himself. Which works out. He needs to learn how his summons work. -_-
Dave: B, Did well, but just couldn't seem to touch Link. Charged at the beginning, which was good. Nice use of weaponry too. Threw dirt, which if it had hit would have given Link a -2 to hit, as per DM's call. Nice. Didn't realise that you couldn't charge 5 feet, or that picking something up is a move action. Potentially dangerous, but ok. Mentioned wanting cover against the long ranged Link. Most excellent.
Tham: B, Feinted to put Link flatfooted. Nice use of skills. Tried to tumble past as well, but failed to see the wall.
Link got first place.
