Yes, most Quests will be planet/realm exclusive. There will be some exceptions, particularly Epic quests that might span multiple planets, but in general, they'll be localized.

Are there ever going to be more decidedly... I dunno EVIL quests? I mean, there are villains in any good DBZ story. Orsalis is a pure, strait up villain that doesn't really have much interest in helping people and would rather just take what he wants.
This might even open up the possibility of having OPPOSING Unique quests.

Real question! If a group take a quest, would the suggested word count totals be for the group or per person?
For instance, Ahab and Bob decide to team up to take Quest Kindahard. Would Ahab and Bob both need to have at least around 10,000 words individually or would their posts be combined to make the suggested word count?

That said, overdo Quests. They will benefit from it, as will your reward. Make an Easy an Epic.
Don't underdo them. Making an Epic a Hard will be grounds for mandatory sterilization.

That brings up another question: What exactly happens if not enough is done for the completion of a quest? Will it be deferred to the clawing masses once more or will the quester be given a chance to redeem themselves with additional posting?

I think the quester would be given a chance to add more.
@Mal: Also, I don't think you could do a job at the same time. Maybe someone will say different, but we aren't sure where jobs stand right now, and if you did a Quest it would certainly not be considered a job, you would have to do a separate job entirely from the quest in the thread.
So I'm gonna say no to the Job being allowed during a Quest.
