[U][D] Yamcha's Unit and Unit Undertain fight for Syntech Village - Burter - 11-28-2006
PCs: Yamcha, Gokua, Tapion
Unit Undertain, run by General Joy and Lt. Kerry of Dante, have begun negotiations with Syntech Village.
Yamcha's unit has arrived and plan the same thing.
Unit Undertain has occupied Syntech Village in preparation for a possible battle. Syntech Village is still neutral.
You may roleplay your intentions and decisions. PM me anything important. I will act as the NPCs.

A messenger left a note half-way between the town and United's army, which was picked up and brought back.

My name is General Joy. I am speaking on behalf of the entire Dante Force.
We have already begun negotiations with this village, who is working with us towards joining our forces. I am sorry to report that we will not be leaving this village alone. Quite simply, we were here first.
We wish no hostility, but will defend ourselves if nessecary. Please do not risk either of our forces unnessecarily, as it will benefit neither of us.
If you wish to speak to me in person, please send one person, and only one person, to the town gates.

Gokua retrieved the note from one of his many infantry soldiers and read it rather slowly, assuring himself that he fully understood the content.
"What shall we do, Lt. Gokua?" a weak-minded soldier asked, not wanting to engage.
The orange-haired alien smiled. "Do not worry, a battle shall not be sought out for." he replied. "Someone, a piece of paper, please."
A support soldier quickly ran up to his commander and handed him a piece of paper and a pen.
Quickly, Gokua jotted down a note and folded in half. "Now, someone take this and slip it into the village gate."
A soldier ran up and took the paper, hastily running over to slip the note into the gate.

Greetings General, I am the current leader of the United unit that is outside the village that you are currently occupying.
We do not wish to cause any conflicts between Dante and United, and will not seek that path. But to merely walk away will not be done. Now, before you believe that we are willing to fight over this village, we?re not. We are simply saying that some type of compensation would be appreciated, for we have spent hours to arrive here, only to find the village already negotiating with another faction. Suitable gifts would include soldiers, land, and etcetera, depending on quantity.
