After extensive testing of different char types I have finally found what makes me happy and have created something I will enjoy during my time at Chubbs. This will in fact be my finaly char swap period.Please make sure on my stat sheet my combat ability is dropped to 500 and that my CA under my avatar is dropped as well. This is also my final char swap that will occur during my time here at chubbs. Thanks guys.

Short Bio: Frozen Dragon was found as a child in the barren frozen tundra of Frost. How he had survived on his on is shrouded in mystery to his day. He was found by a passing group of changelings known simply as the Dragon Clan. They took the child in and raised him as one of their own. After all who were they to pass up a expendable potential soldier. They raised the child under their code and were quite astonished at his power’s growth rate. By eight years old he already had a much stronger control over his ki and was showing signs of a strong control over elemental Ki. Because of this he soon became a asset instead of a burden by proving himself in combat.
But he showed signs of being cruel and relentless. As a young child he enjoyed pointless cruelty and harm to others. His “Parents” were very proud and knew the child could one day help the clan find glory on Frost and perhaps have a position of further importance. The years went by slowly and the child blossomed. Now instead of just being randomly cruel and horrifying he had learned to control it and use it to his advantage. At the age of twelve he was only a few short positions away from becoming the leader of his clan.
The head of his clan was who he called father and the only person he answered. Anyone who stood in the way of his fathers favoritism was swiftly and horribly put down. He held his position with fear and complete control just as a future ruler should. His father had come to him on today of all days to issue his first real mission outside of the family.
“You will go to Mercy-Sei and there you will hunt down and destroy a rogue member of our clan. Lucky for you he is not of a changeling blood line and is nothing more than a mere Sayain. I trust you will have no problems finding him and taking care of him.”
“Dead or alive?”
“Either my child.”
“Maimed or healthy?”
“Either...It is your choice. As a future ruler of the family you must learn to make some decisions on your own.”
“Yes father. I will leave at once.”
“Before you leave. Remember you are my son and you will not fail. I trust you will not make me out to be a liar.”
“What shall I do after the bounty has been dealt with?”
“I want you to stay on Mercy-Sei for exactly one month in total. During this month you will capture the criminal and learn some hard lessons about life. Study your surroundings and learn to survive on your own.”
“Yes Father” He bowed and turned walking out of the room and towards the location of the pod launch bay.
General Description: He stands at exactly five feet tall and weighs in around one hundred and twenty pounds. His body is in perfect form every muscle is highly detailed. His skin is a beautiful snow white. His body is nearly identical to Frieza’s in his final form. Except for the dome on his head and the middle of his chest, and shoulders are baby blue instead of purple. His upper body is covered by a old model of sayain battle armor with extended shoulder pads. A white cape hands from beneath the armor with his family’s insignia on it a icy dragon. His chest has a tattoo that was burned in his chest in the shape of a black dragon.
