One of the promised Wrath features that has yet to be implemented but has been claimed to be coming in every patch since. They've just yet to be happy with it, but it was supposed to be included when the Barber shops were.

Basically it was a way to design your own /dance maneuvers (I find it dumb, because I like them being a racial thing really, but some people insist on absolute customization).
