Dragon Age!
Dunno if anyone's mentioned this or not, but it was an incredibly awesome decision to have Hawke's helmet removed any time he talks to someone. While it breaks some of the immersion to have his helmet just magically vanish it helps the player to identify with the character.

I'm replaying through Mass Effect 2, where they did not do that and almost every conversation I'm in I think of DA2. I remembered why I gave up the stat bonus of a helmet in order to be able to see Shepard's face during conversations in my first playthrough. It's not a huge thing, but there's just something very uncanny valley about hearing his voice come out of a helmet or mask of some kind.

The general lack of good Helmets made me sadface. Plus after I tried to get a romance going with Fenris and ended up with that stupid elf chick fawning over me I lost interest. -_-

100% Agree. It really pissed me off about the DLC armor, because you couldn't remove the helmet.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.

I banged Ander. He was my sex slave. Good times.

If only the level designers hadn't been so 'fucking lazy in this game, I might play it again. Talking about DA2

Actually read an article that had an interview with the devs and they asked that very question. "wtf with the levels, d00dz?"

It was a deadline. Either they put in more levels and fewer quests or elaborated on the environment. Now, it that was really the choice they were facing, I agree with their decision.

Playing DA2 right now. Enjoying the new fighting style...fucking hate that I can't stop and talk to my companions ala DA style...*sigh* oh well. Time to enjoy it. Fucking Flemeth lol, sneaky ass bitch.

Edit: What the fuck was the point of the shit that went down after I left the Deep Roads! No warning or nothing. Should have taken her with me.

Anyway, anyone know where or how I get some good equipment for my allies? They're lacking.

Has anyone played Dragon Age 2: Legacy yet?
