Vostok is intended to be a more democratic groupwrite. To that end, if there's any component of the world you feel isn't well-fleshed out, make a topic here and start talking about it. Make proposals and suppositions, and comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the suggestions of others.
I will make the final judgment call (just to summarize what was decided, and implement it if necessary), but that call will be the direct result of the discussion that occurs. Generally, discussions will go on for at least three days before a decision is made, though if a consensus is not reached, discussions will continue.
To this end, we should also police the world as a community. If someone is writing something that seems thoroughly inconsistent with the world, or contradicts an earlier decision, that should be respectfully brought up in a message to the player. If it's just a fuzzy inconsistency, it can be left well-enough alone (comics manage to tell interesting stories despite being ALL SORTS of inconsistent), but if it's egregious (flying teleporting space vampires bombing Moscow), the post may be deleted (after providing the user ample opportunity to save the post). All of these decisions will be made by the community as a whole.
