Does anyone know how to use an FTP Client? I'm trying to set up a board and I need a host. So I got one, solacespecs.dyndns.org. It uses Dynamic DNS. Anywho, I got an FTP Client (Fastream Net File Server), connected to my host, but I have no clue how to upload any files onto my hosting server. Any help?

that's a domain that gives me broli's ip address
so if broli has a webserver on his computer he doesnt need ftp =(
