My 360 runs Oblivion 10x better than my computer because of my stupid graphics card.

On any PC you can download tons of mods that people have gone through to play, plus the control scheme is way better.

Doesn't make any difference if your computer sucks at playing it. =P

If you can afford the souped-up computer with rims and spinners and shit (or otherwise get it free from your university - FTW!) then yeah, Oblivion's much better on the PC. The modding community for Elder Scrolls games is massive.
