Photoshop Tutorial sites?

Since I changed computers, I've lost all of my links. Therefore, I request that anyone with decent tutorial links please pass the knowledge along to me. It will be put to good use

EDIT: Additionally, I would really love some good "freestyle" fanime images, so if anyone has links to sites containing those, I'd enjoy them. Good ones, not random average stuff. Things that make you go wow. Also, I am in need of Naruto image galleries, primarily the best images involving Uchiha Sasuke for my Reijin style. Otherwise I'll have to find something that looks similar, but not quite, and that's becoming difficult at best.
