That is because you have no points to add yet. There is a box showing your the available amount of tp you have to train with. As of yet you have none, but come Sunday when the script is run you will have 13 points to put into any stat you want.

You need training points...you start off with 14 points, but you only get them every sunday, or by earning them through a quest or saga.

Ever Sunday you get training points based on your Determination and other items.

The base value is 13, but every 100 points of determination awards you 1 extra tp. So you would get 14 this sunday, then you can add to your stats.

Items like Weighted Clothing and a Headquarters add to your weekly tp.
