I've been on earth for two weeks, can I learn either SpiritKen or Shapechange? And if not, what else do I have to do to learn Shapechange?

You have to roleplay learning one of those techniques.

So, having been on Earth that long, you can attempt to learn them by training. No one result is garaunteed, though.

Shapechanging is unique in that you need to pay a fee and actually role-play attending the Shapechanging school.

Shapechanging School
Located in Southern City, the Shapechanging school is quite renown for it's pupils. The school offers two programs to those who wish to attend:
Short-Term - This class costs 5,000 zeni, but is completed in one week. The training is tough and rigorous.
Long-Term - Attending this class will take three times as long, but the price is only 2,500 zeni. It is much more laid back.
