Thunder Flash - Pikkon's ultimate attack. This attack shoots a massive column of fire out from the user's fists. Pikkon uses this three time on Goku in the Annoyoichi Budokai, but on the third time Goku counters with an Instant Kamehameha.


Now, theres theres kenesis' that we have. There are a few attacks that have been used in DBZ and such with elements like the one above using fire. Is the above attck now only limited to those with pyrokenises, or may anyone use it, or what?

I thought we did it like it was regular Ki, but it looked like fire. Just normal ki and has no effects of fire though, i think that's what we ended up doing with gohgoh's attacks when he was Janemba way back when... maybe.

Exactly, I remember having to go through and change his roster page for that. That's beside the point, if you have any moves that revolve around the aspects of fire, ice or lightening then you have to have one of those abilities. In my opinion it can't look like fire, ice, or lightening unless it is.

So yes you will need those abilities, unless the admins or SM say otherwise.

Lord Slug has Ice Blast and Thunder Flash. Ice blast is an ice attack and Thunder Flash looks like fire, so should I pick different techniques?
