None of them hit 60 words. I think.

Earth
The home of Capsule Corp. is a predominantly human planet, yet hosting a diverse array of the galaxies races. Although its renown lies in the bountiful number of humans and the spread of technology it?s also well known for its era of depression where the Cold Empire seized the planet. Nothing like that has happened since.

Namek

Vejita
Still torn apart by constant warfare, it is ruled by the tyrannical Vegeta Dynasty. It?s overshadowed by a dark cloud, ill fate sweeping over the craggy landscape while the Vegeta military exchanges fire with the the rebel forces hoping to usurp the throne. All the while Lord Vine watches it all.

Mercy

Arlia

Frost
Always in the prime of a winter chill and governed by the ironically enigmatically guiding hand of the Frost Council. The natives range from cutthroats to terrorists, though the criminal activity is well-governed?especially with the timely placement of the Council. With Frosts death came a notable increase of the whispers of revolution.

Kajin Rala

Outer Space
An endless abyss of gas and particles that?s home to countless planets, though most will never be discovered. It links planet to planet and has recently known to host ships that have appeared with technological breakthrough in companies Shoji and Cete'el, respectively.

Heaven
Died lately? Well if you happened to place your two shoes in the sneaker box before you did you end up here. There are constant activities to keep a warrior busy, whether walking random paths, visiting the Dojo of Light, or searching for your maker. You?ve finally made it to Heaven, wish to go to Hell yet?

Hell
Died lately? Well if you happened to toss your two shoes into a pile of clothes before you did you end up here. Demons that don?t bother to push you into the pits of fire, jacuzzi?s of blood, and eight tasks just to meet the Devil?! You?ve been banished to Hell, wouldn?t you prefer Heaven?

Kaiosama's Planet
Died lately? Well if you happened to be wearing your shoes when you died, rather than die barefoot, you?re granted access to the ultimate workout. On this small planet you meet with King Kai, who preps you for training in a gravity amplified location. You must first walk Snakes Way before even thinking of King Kai?s. Glad you brought your shoes now?

I guess there is no interest in this, so it looks like in two days KC wins this completely uncontested.

I'll add the descriptions for the other two. I know everyone's not gonna let me just skate with the winnings. Are you? Huh? Are you really gonna just sit back and let me win?

Ehh..I was bored so I figured I'd give it a shot, I'm not sure if I did it right so I'm sorry if I messed up some how.

Vegeta:
The home world of the mighty saiya-jin race. Planet Vegeta is most known for almost constantly being involved in civil conflict and this is one of the reasons why it is considered one of the most dangerous places to live.Vegeta has few grassy plains, and even less forests, while the bulk of the planet is mostly desolate wastelands.

Namek:
The namekian home world is covered mostly in vast oceans with hundreds of tiny islands that are scattered randomly which make navigation very difficult, Namek is also very uniquly known for it's never ending days. The population of Namek is much less than most other planets and most of it's populace generally live in small farming villages.

Earth:
A medium sized planet that houses many different races, it is truly the blending pot of the universe. Most of Earth's citizens live grouped together in massive cities and are generally an ignorant bunch that usually have little to no idea about the art of ki manipulation but more than makes up for it's lack of natural born strength with sheer technological brilliance.

Mercy:
A desert covered planet that is almost constantly ravished by horrible weather that has over time almost reduced the planet to becoming inhabitable. The remaining population of Mercy mostly live in large domed cities and it's is not uncommon to come into contact with citizens with power far greater than any average fighter here.

Planet Arlia:
This entire planet has grown over hundreds of years to become a living jungle covered with exotic planets and insect like people that have been forced to adapt to the strange weather conditions on the planet that make it constantly rain for greatly extended periods of time.

Frost Planet #213:
Through advanced scientific means Frost has become a planet that is constantly covered in a wintry state with almost never ending snow fall and below zero degree temperates the norm. The population of Frost is extremely diverse which all started years ago when many people from different walks of life traveled to this planet in hopes of gaining fame fighting under the flag of the late mighty King Frost.

Earth
Home to humans with a spec of aliens as well as the Capsule Corporation, this planet holds climates of all ranges for all forms of life to live on. The form of government here is liberal democracy with the people not worried about one another unless they have strong connections.

Vegeta
Home to the Saiya-jin race, this planet is a monarchy, which is led by the Vegeta bloodline who have trouble maintaining rule due to corruption and tension amongst the people scattered around the planet due to the harsh environment of rare rain and hidden water amongst the planets surface.

Namek
Home of the Namek-sei-jin, this planet is primarily a peaceful one with all the Nameks keeping peace. The rule here is that of a loose one, where each village has a elder who only helps keep the village together with no true iron fist rule. Tourism is popular here, but only in the cities.

Arlia
Lowly populated tropical planet consisted of colonies of Arlians; an insect type that lives within hives doing their specific job. Arlians are divided into two central hives, the Queen hive or Dark Four hive. Arlians dislike foreigners as well as each other depending on whose side they support.

Kajin Rala
Planet created by Shenron from a wish by Reijin, Kami, Raditzu, and Koola. The name is made up of their four combined names, Ka(mi)(Rei)jin Ra(ditzu)(Koo)la.

Kajin is ghetto but oh well, only submission for that planet thus far.

Damn guilt trips ... Tongue

Earth
The blue planet, famed across the universe for its beauty. The Earth of this world is different from our own - dinosaurs roam the plains, a stark contrast to the nearby cities filled with hi-tech buildings and capsule cars.

Namek
A paradise for those seeking rest and relaxation. Namek?s inhabitants live in harmony with nature on islands scattered among the planet?s turquoise waters. It was here where the first set of Dragon Balls was created.

Vegeta
Once regarded as ?the ruby of the galaxy?, endless struggles for dominance have left planet Vegeta scarred and barren. This harsh wasteland serves as home to the Saiyans; a savage race whose battle prowess is famed throughout the universe.

Mercy
Originally, this ?planet? was just a large, crater-strewn asteroid. Some time ago, however, it was converted into a moving base of operations for a mercenary organisation. It is here that the largest and most powerful space ships are built.

Arlia
A planet that exists on the outskirts of the known galaxy, Arlia is home to an insectile, grasshopper-like race. The current king, who originally took the planet by force, has grown lazy and soft, and now fears losing his dictatorship.

Frost Planet #213
Though its namesake is dead, Frost Planet #213 lives on. Its advanced technology allows it to be kept in a state of perpetual winter, and as such the landscape is entirely covered in snow and ice. This cold stronghold acts as a trading center between the North Galaxy and the rest of the universe.

Kajin Rala
Inexplicably created by four warriors using a wish from the Eternal Dragon, Kajin Rala is, quite literally, a fighter?s dream. Whilst the entire planet is artificially created, the end result is beautiful; valleys, rivers, and mountain ranges sprawl outwards in this natural wonderland. At nearly twelve times the size of Earth, it is the largest civilized planet in our quadrant.

Outer Space
Dark, cold, and very big. The vast reaches of space fill the areas where there is nothing, making up the area between planets. Beware of the vicious galactic pirates that sail it. In space, nobody can hear you scream.

Next Dimension
When your spirit can no longer cling to the physical world, it passes to the afterlife. Here, your life's actions will be weighed up, and your destination in death will be revealed.

Heaven
If you've been a good person in life, your upstanding morals will be rewarded by being granted access here. In here, the denizens are free to spend their afterlives in peace and relaxation. For the most part, Heaven is a tranquil place, but just like in life, there are always conflicts.

Hell
Final resting place of the damned. The top layer is inhabited by ogres and spirits, with bizarre lakes of blood dotted around. However, the deeper you go, the hotter and more dangerous it gets.

King Kai?s Planet
From time to time, upon death a warrior is invited to train with the great King Kai. The stout, blue-skinned warrior may not seem all that wise at first, but stick with his training and you will begin to yield incredible results.

I included Next Dimension, just 'cause. Use it if you wanna. Wink

Earth: Home to Homo sapiens, Earth is abundant in modern technology used in many other worlds centuries ahead of the small, blue planet. Meet with Baba to converse with the dead, or visit Capsule Corp. headquarters to find that scouter you?ve been searching for. The choice is yours.

Namek: The green Namekians are a peaceful but strong race. They live on a planet mostly of water, with only small islands with green trees and to house namekian cities, like Kila, Eractic, and Ja. You can even visit Guru and his bodyguards to train and find inner peace.

Vegeta: Planet to the warlike Saiyans, these powerful monkeys don't take kind to strangers, where civil war is common and King Vegeta rules with an iron fist. The mysterious Lord Vine watches over Vegeta, and may teach you how to mold metal to your will if you play your cards right.

Arlia: The insect-like creatures called Arlians rule their jungle planet, filled with plants that can fend for themselfs and eat you in one gulp. It seems that the planet never stops raining and the inhabitants don?t like travelers, so bring a raincoat and your wits just to survive!

Mercy: Mercenaries favorite hot spot, Mercy is a planet covered in deserts and large domes to house the many different races that travel there. A kinds of warriors, big, small, weak, and strong assemble here to visit the famous Yggdrasil guild to hone their fighting skills.

Frost #231: Like Mercy, this planet is home to a diverse population of different races, all coming for trade or promises of fame and glory. Icy landscapes and large, technological cities are a common site on the planet. It?s even said that the mighty mafia-like Bjorken guild headquarters resides here.

Kajin Rala: A relatively new world, Kajin Rala might have best security than any other planet. It has a huge variety of races, no known enemies, and the famous building known as Eternity, surrounded by the four founders of Kajin Rala, (Ka)mi, Rei(jin), (Ra)ditzu, and Koo(la).

Outer Space: Cold and lifeless, outer space makes up most of the Chubb?s universe. It divides the worlds and calls to be explored by all. But there are many dangerous places in the unknown void. Black holes, space pirates, unknown meteor showers, asteroids, and more await you, so be afraid.

Next Dimension: Where do you go when you die? You?ll find out here. Before entering your destined location of your forever resting place, you must travel to the world between Heaven and Hell and be judged by King Yemma. He?ll deem you fit for Heaven or Hell.

Heaven: If you?ve been good, you?ll end up in Heaven to rest your good soul. But if you still have a fighting sprit after death, try taking on the Five Mystic Temples to hone your skills.

Hell: If you?ve been bad, you?ll end up in Hell to torture your bad soul. But if you still want to become stronger after death, try traveling through the Eight Circles of Hell to finally reach Dabura and maybe train with the King of Demons.

Kaiosama?s Planet: If you?re a talented individual whose skill knows no limits, King Kai may give you an invitation. You can train with the strongest beings known to the universe. If you play your cards right, you may get to meet the Grand Kai and train under him.

I also included the Afterlife, because I didn't want Supps to have an edge.

EDIT: I have completely changed my opinion. A number of Super Buu's answers were great, but two of them especially were completely wrong. They described Arlia and Mercy based on the old definitions that are now outdated. Pikkon gets in on those.

I'll modify rewards when I get a chance later.

I added rewards. I had to cap the max reward at 20 though, +45 is too much.

I didn't get my reward (I was supposed to, right? >_> Wasn't quite sure); there were 21 points in there, but I'm pretty sure that was just my weekly training. No rush, just lettin' ya know. <3

You got your +20. Oddly enough, when I went to add the 20 to your FTP, you had one random point just sitting there.

EDIT: You know, I just realized... I didn't train my TP last night, and the database says I recieved my TP, but I don't actually have TP there.
