This sounds good, but are we basing it real-time? Basically, are we going to judge and rate the people's roleplays whenever we get a chance to, and judge by that whether or not they move on?
The only problem with that is this: What if someone post their roleplay one minute after one of us logs off for the night, and no one from our Team gets to it until the next day? That's about 12 hours wasted, and that can be a long time.
