O.o Yes, staff agrees. Otherwise the ruling wouldn't be known by everyone, hah. We made the ruling with those fanfic images of those customs (there's the Gotenks image that floats around too, along with others) in mind.

Let's say, hypothetically, that there's this guy. He wants his character to be a pink demon the likes of which is posted in his sig below (also hypothetical) which is not really like the manga/anime character. How would this be settled ?

Either just be Generic (which is like Non-Transformer), or a Changling. The only requirement for Changling is the transformations have to look pretty different.

Generic is my suggestion, but if you want him to transform, then Changling is for you
