When you meet the requirements for a new technique do you have to write about learning it or can you just ask for it to be added to you, thanks in advance for the help.

Getting the requirements doesn't mean you get the technique. You still have to be given the tech for expectional roleplaying and long-time effort.
I have the requirements for every tech on the site, but as you can see, I only have a few techs

Hitting the requirements doesn't mean you automatically receive the technique. It just means you're able to earn it, through a staff saga or training (you can only train for a few techniques, such as Spiritken, SNS etc). So yeah, you have to 'write about learning it', but the writing requirements differ for each tech. Usually it's a lot, more or less depending on the quality.

Ok thanks a lot but I just have one more quick question if it's not too much trouble, in the rules page it says
"For every 50 points of Intelligence you get an extra Best Move. " Do the same rules apply to learning a new best move? (Once again thanks in advance for the help) ![]()

No, you can use the best move immediately after getting it approved in the stickied thread in this forum
