They had a lot of really cool systems in that game too, but I can definitely see the parts he's complaining about. Is he mostly just being vindictive? Oh, probably, but its interesting none-the-less.

My favorite part is the people who rushed in to protect TOR from harsh words. Is George Lucas' lightsaber that far up their asses?
The reasoning for SW:TOR assuredly guaranteed success is that Bioware is the developer. But how many MMOs have they made?
On a related note, I can completely believe that poor management fucked WAR. The game SHOULD have been awesome, but they ended up doing some shit that was really stupid.

Such as having no content whatsoever past tier 2. They had pretty epic systems in place and lots of potential, just... no content. The upper management didn't care beyond how many copies they could sell based on the early game content, knowing the later content wasn't enough to keep subs. This is the exact same thing the upper management did to AoC too.

A friend of mine in wow loved the game, he just hated the balance between factions, apparently. Always talked about a battle priest, or something.
Edit: I read a person defending bioware, and saying how it is a great company with no flawed games. Now, I played the ported console version of Dragon Age and hated it. Now, I know, your going to grab the pitchforks, but I simple found the game to be horrible out of date. The computer version was supposedly supposed to be better, but the console version got a 7 from most reviewers for a reason, and turned me off from the company.
Kotor and Mass Effect are still cool, though. (I hate the idea of a Kotor mmo, though.)
