It's getting some damn-solid reviews. I may buy this for my sister (who owns the Wii) just for a chance at it.
It's been sad to watch the JRPG genre stagnate (though admittedly, I haven't played any of the Persona series, which are supposed to be magnificent). I love the open-ended, world-scope format of Bethesda, but the chess-player and cinephile in me enjoy the possibilities of the JRPG format. It's just a shame that so many of them suck ass.

I herd good things too, and I'm curious, but not so curious as to actually take the plunge since I have fifty-bajillion other games I already own and am enjoying.

FFX was great.
Also, not buying it for her until it comes down in price. Whenever that is. Not willing to pay $50 for it.

I actually had a conversation with Jarka the other day about how i started to hate FF games after they introduced voice acting. I tolerated X because the story was an interesting take on genre conventions, and Auron becamse something of a role model to me XD.
But since then, they're all been terrible.
As for the topic itself, I've never heard of that game, but I feel compelled to look into it. I always enjoy me some good Wii games.

I disliked X, enjoyed XII and XIII. SUCH A REBEL.
But the interesting thing about this is it's made by the guy who made FF1-9 and then left to make his own game studio.
