So, in that case, I made a move for him.

Prickle of Fear


Rad, when provoked, and utilizing the extreme ridgidity of his flowing locks, will make them erect like a porcupine and shoot the locks at his opponent much like a porcupine's spine.

He follows this up with a dousing of Rogaine and a nice watering. *chi-chi chi chia!*

Pickled Plums:
Cell's body starts to dry up. While drying up, an acid flows out of the pores of his skin. The acid is dangerous, one drop can burn through a car's roof.
Once Cell's body is completely dry of this acid, Cell remains in a pruned state, making him much weaker then usual. It will several hours for Cell to recover from his 'pickled plum' state.

Computer Crash:

Instead of wasting time beating up your opponent, just completely obliterate their character with a simple push of the delete button. This move also incinerates the opponent's computer, and permanetly bans them from the site, no matter which computer their using.
