Orion is a solidly built, muscular saiyan. His hair has been cut since birth, styled and flowing just above the shoulders, but while covering the ears. He sports a moustache and goatee, and wears a patch over his left eye.
His armour is of unknown origins, but it definitely is not based on any saiyan designs. He wears a purple robe with gold trimming and gold patterns upon it, held together with a gold chain. Beneath it he wears his set of armour. His chestpiece is made of a black, thick material, with a hard metallic area on the upper chest. He wears a yellowy tan pants with a steel crotchplate and navy boots. Fingerless steel gauntlets and shoulder plates adorn his arms.
Normally, Orion will keep his robe on, even in a fight. If it becomes apparent his opponent will be difficult, he will remove it. His saiyan tail is hidden by the robe, so it is rare that a stranger identifies his race correctly on first sight.
History:
Orion's early life was similar, if not identical, to all of his kin. He was trained from an early age to fight mercilessly and slaughter efficiently. He showed irregular signs of being emotionally attached to his family, his wife and son, but most saiyans disregarded it, as it seemed to add to his strength. Although born as a low level soldier, he quickly made his way up the ranks, eventually finding his place as the leader of an elite squadron.
During what was supposed to be a routine planet capture, Orion's team were strategically defeated. Orion himself was almost killed during the attack, but he was rescued by his squadron member and long time friend, Cabbis. They were the only two saiyans that left that planet alive, and their mission was aborted.
Upon arrival on Planet Vegeta, Cabbis and Orion were rushed to the medical bay for emergency attention. It was the last thing Orion remembered, and the last time he was seen for twenty years.
He has since resurfaced. His name holds little sway in the universe, but many recognise his face, and the name that is so often whispered with reverence; "The Sleeping Saiyan."

Disposition:
Orion is an introverted warrior with little sense of humour. He is tough and rarely shows a soft side. His motives are hidden, but he finds it hard to pass up a fight or to gain more power. The only true way to learn about Orion is to spend time with him; simple acquantancy will gain you very little knowledge about him.
Best Moves:
1} Fusion Shields - Orion creates two shields of energy that rest over the tops of his forearms, roughly the size of a briefcase each. These shields take little energy to create and sustain, and they are capable of deflecting basic ki blasts and can even be used to block physical attacks. Their disadvantages are that they cannot defend against best moves and the placement of the shield/s must be accurate to prevent damage. To protect against best moves, Orion can bring his forearms together in front of him and fuse the shields into one large defensive barrier, which expands to cover his whole front. Almost any attack can be blocked with this, but if it's a beam or constant attack, it will eventually fade.
A variation of this move calls for Orion to form the same shields on his shins. They act in the same manner, and when his legs are brought together, they create a large shield. In this instance, they can be useful for blocking an attack while still using the arms, or for use as a huge sled.
2} Darkness Nova - Using the Dark Ki within him, Orion can craft an energy orb formed entirely out of the negative power. He simply raises his hand into the sky holding the black ball, shouting the attack's name. Instead of exploding in a burst of light, it spreads pitch blackness around the area of the Saiyan, effectively the same distance and time as a Solar Flare. Because the ki used in this ability is negative, it blocks out the positive emission of normal energy, making any ki source within the blackout impossible to sense by any conventional means. Because of the ki's nature also, it cannot be blocked by closing one's eyes, as the darkness still exists if one's eyes are opened again.
3} Fury Cannon - Orion throws his arms out in front of him, outstretched. One palm is open and pointed at the target. The fingers of the other hand slip into the gaps between the open fingers of the first hand. Once in this position, the one eyed warrior charges energy in his palm, his ki flowing through both arms and strengthening the collection at a fantastic rate. Once he is content with the congealed ki, he yells the attack name and releases the blast in a red beam of raw power.
4} Renzoku Energy Dan - A simple attack. Orion fires energy bolts from his hands at a fast rate. Great for covering an area with cover fire, pummelling a target or for blowing off steam.
5} Burning Fists - A crimson aura surrounds Orion's fists. These add damage to his punches and make the pain from his hits last longer.
6} Omega Blaster - One of his most potent abilities; quick to charge, and packed full of power. Orion opens a hand, and a green tinge covers the entire area to anyone who is looking at the saiyan. As soon as the hue appears, it starts shrinking until it becomes a immensley bright, emerald orb in the one eyed fighter's hand. He then tosses it at the target, where it expands to a large spherical ki blast. Incredibly strong. Orion cannot use this attack in quick succession, however.
7} Multi-Blast Sphere - By forming an orb of energy around his body, Orion can then launch ki bolts from it randomly from any part of the orb. This is great for attacking multiple opponents at once; if they're weak, to eliminate them; if they're strong, to distract them.
8} Katchin Staff - Using his Metal Binding technique, Orion molds his right bracer into a long katchin staff. He then imbues it with his own energy to enhance the strength of it further. He is skilled in usage of the staff and it is a very competent and welcome aid to him in any fight.
9} Homing Kienzan - Orion holds a open hand to the sky, creating a spinning disc of energy. The edge of the disc is serrated and can cut through almost anything. When tossed, it follows the trajectory of the throw, but Orion is capable of gaining control of its direction with mental commands.
10} Hold it! - A technique Orion learned from his mysterious past. This is a purely strategical ability, but is amazingly handy. When Orion charges any form of energy (normal, dark, spirit) into his body, there are times where he doesn't have the time or opportunity to execute the attack properly.
During these times, the one eyed saiyan can store the gathered energy in his body without losing it from being distracted or having to cancel the attack. He can then continue to gather the energy at a later date, or simply fire the blast when he is no longer under threat.
