Joe looks like a typical middleaged man with very typical head of black hair. He usually wears a flannel shirt with overalls, a cheap straw hat and a pair of reading glasses. Short and overweight, but is intact with farming muscles under his plain exterior. He also has large sideburns and a mustache that borders the upperside of his lip. Always seen with his trusty shotgun(Betty) by his side.

Personality:
Joe is a very easy going guy, very burdened by tough farming labors since a very young age. No matter how tough the going is, he always has a smile on his face and remains as opstimistic as possible.
As a farmer, Joe has experienced true nerves, so under most circumstances he is not likely to crack under pressure. Betty is his heart and soul, without it, he would throw tantrums and mentally crack up. However, with Betty his heart is undying and he will never give up until he or his opponent dies.
Interests:
Joe's only interests are reading books, harvesting from the fields and polishing Betty.
Weapons:
Betty: Joe's beloved shotgun, shoots enhanced ki bullets. It will never run out of ammo as long as Joe is in possession of it. Always uses in battle.
Fido: Joe's pitchfork, mostly used to harvest and pick the hay. But in some occassions it will turn into Joe's weapon.
Attacks:
Shotgun Blast: Joe shoots his trusty gun, firing a single, large Ki beam from the barrel.
Shotgun Energy Dan: Joe fires his trusty gun, spraying a barrage of Ki Bullets at his attacker
Shotgun Club: Joe turns his trusty gun around, holding it by the barrel. He then attacks with the gun's handle, swinging with all his might
Hard Sweep: Joe stimulates his ki on his pitchfork and swings it with all his might.
Hard Poke: Joe puts all his ki into Fido(Pitchfork) and pokes the opponent with all his might.
