So where did the penalty go?

I took new stats as Julius. When you and Rad were debating to let me go back to Zang, I found my old stats in the link Waff posted in Cargo/Jinpo's rejoining thread. I took the -20 penalty from those stats.

I got SPK as Buu, what I'm wondering is whether or not it should have carried over, because upon my initial switch, I think it somehow got lost in the shuffle.

I don't think that I should have to roleplay training again to get it. I think that it should've carried over when I switched characters. Aero's SPK carried over when he switched. Celipa's Kaioken carried over. Why not mine?

Forgot about it. I don't mind having to, like, buy it or something, I just don't want to have to waste time RPing for it when I could be training for something else I want, like Body Split or Raikinesis, or doing my Namek storyline.

Based off old rulings, I'm going to say no, and that's pretty much how the disscussion was going in the staff forum.

HF17 was in your position, he quit and then recently rejoined. He pretty much got everything but his RAGE upgrade. It's only fair that you get the same ruling.

You quit, rejoined, switched, and just now asked to get it.

Anyway, I'm sorry this probably wasn't what you wanted to hear, but that's how I've decided to see it.

Clarification: I never formally quit; I simply went inactive, though if I were in your position, I would punish myself simply for that offense, so I understand your ruling. Once again, thanks for the ruling, 18.
