Appearance
Slender build, and short brown hair. Celipa wears a green scouter clipped onto her ear and usually wears her classic saiyan armor with a black undershirt and skin-tight black pants that cover her whole lower torso, going down into her boots. Her undershirt is a tanktop, meaning her arms are bare up to her white gloves.
Personality
Celipa has a naive attitude almost all of the time, which makes her a bit unpredictable. She's almost always cheerful, unless a friend is in danger. Basically a typical bubbly personality. In battle, however, she has the ability to totally shift phases into a much more serious personality, if the battle is with a tough opponent. Otherwise she treats it as a game.
Possible Reactions
Celipa will take to the game immediately, as she's very adaptive. Her strategy will be a combination of hiding when necessary and striking when she sees it fit.
Relationships
Bujin - Celipa's closest ally, and one of the few she won't attack. A familiar face and most of all a friend she can always rely on seeing again.
Garlic Junior - She would only attack Garlic if he attacked first. If she found him in a situation of danger and had the opportunity to help him, she definitely would.
Kakarot - Celipa's enemy from DA:C. If he comes into her line of fire, Celipa will NOT hesitate to absolutely obliterate him in a relentless attack. She finds respect in him for his good fighting skills, though.
Recoome - Quite possibly the saiyaness' worst enemy. She would kill him before even giving him a chance to speak.
Fighting Style
Celipa uses her speed to her advantage. If her opponent is weaker than her, she'll overwhelm them with an offensive onslaught of mostly physical attacks. If her weapon is a useful one, she'll probably rely on it as often as possible. In the event she is outnumbered, Celipa will probably home in on one opponent before dealing with the others.
Dodging is much more important to her than blocking.
