Does anyone know the download usage when playing on Xbox Live?

I've heard lot's of different theories, from 30mb an hour, to 900mb an hour. Anyone got any idea?

It depends how what you're playing, how many people you're playing with... how often you change maps. Things like that.

Wireless adapter is 100 bucks :| yea. That sucks. I had to buy it when I brought my 360, I was pretty pissed about my gamestop account needing to be reinstanted because I didn't renew it and lost the 15 dollars I had on it *sighs*.

The wireless adapter is crap. When I first got my 360 I tried using the wireless adapter, but it couldn't pick up our routers signal, and it was located in a room just above the router too. Also I remember reading some posts with people saying that playing Xbox live wireless is a lagfest. But it was a UK forum, so what with your American broadband speeds it might not be an issue.

It's not, my cousin played via ethernet cord and his wireless adapter at my house and I saw no difference. But yea there are some lag issues for some players, I haven't lagged yet.

I don't have some earth-shatteringly fast connection. I average ~800k/sec. I think I'll manage -- I haven't noticed any less speed on the wireless than I have on the hardline.

Hehe I loved my last game, some guy who beat the game on hard and was(I assume) maxed out on his rank was all like 'Oh yea we got this game in the bag you can look at their ranks and tell they're noobs.' that made me sad but yea. Short version they got owned lol.
