Final Flash –
An attack charged in opposing palms while extending arms and legs in an X shape. The two energy balls are slapped together to launch the attack.

Ki Disc –
A disc-shaped ki attack at can slice through most solid materials and inferior energy attacks.

Ki Barrier –
A spherical dome that protects Piper from energy attacks (up to a point). Physical aggression against the barrier causes it to explode outward, damaging the attacker(s).

Ki Saber –
A ki disc in sword (or cylindrical) shape. Piper can wield just one, she can dual wield two, or she can use two hands to wield a double-edged version. The two latter types eat up energy quicker.

Gunslinger - A person with the ability to manipulate their ki (Ki Control) is able to perform this technique. It is similar in form to the Dodonpa Ray; the user puts up both hands like pistols in each hand and is able to fire short ki blasts that have the ability to knock their enemies back from their index fingers.

A Custom Tech's cost is not determined solely by how "strong" it is compared to a Kamehameha.

Bokken-Ha

Super Tantric Power Blast
A secret Mata technique developed by the 1st Mata Master, Maximus Splooge, the greatest practitioner of the spiritual arts among all the Mata Masters. With a single use of this terrifying attack he impregnated a nearby city (including the men and animals, or so the legend goes), followed by a three year long nap. While details are sparse, it is said to unleash several successive streams of incredible energy.

In regards to Combat Teleportation, How much would it cost to:

-Teleport an item a short distance?

-Teleport another person a short distance?

You'd be fine with a Custom Technique to teleport someone that you're physically touching. Price will depend on what, exactly, you want it to do.

An extremely gifted warrior of the hand to hand arts, Vad can literally hide how he is going to attack his opponents, like a poker face does. The opponent will have a terrible time discerning his next move while he uses the technique. This is negated by Fighting Sense to about 10% of it’s’ effectiveness.
