Don't say things like that...>.>

He is pretty neat to have around though. *coughs*

So, to prevent this from being spam. I was wondering, If Daneos were to acquire Super Jump and Afterimage, which he will, then attempt to use Elemental Ki to basically make a leap as a bolt of lightning, would that be allowed?

Probably. Depends on the specifics, though.

Like I said, it depends on the specifics. Will you use it to attack? Is it just a mode of transportation? Is it intended to be used as an escape?

EDIT: I'm not going to write Custom Techs for people in this thread. My suggestion is to wait until you actually have the Techniques/Abilities your Custom will require, and then write out exactly what you want it to do.

False Moon - Orion, using his unique take on ki, forms a ball of energy capable of perfectly replicating the rays of a moon. When thrown into the air and looked at by a saiyan, it triggers the Oosaru transformation. If the ball is dispersed, the transformation is reversed.

It would be a means of transport and escape, if that were allowed.

Sounds good to me though, I'll wait. Thanks for the help. =]

Shell Bullet

There are two functions of this technique: the plyometric function, and the propulsory fuction.

The former is a variation of the traditional "ki-charged punch" that amplifies the power output by plyometric means. The ki in the user's arm is effectively "loaded" and "contracted" in rapid sequence, resulting in an explosive strike. To be more specific, the same energy that would go into a 'ki punch' is released with three times the power output, through the adept storage of elastic energy. The catch is that these 'bullet' punches deal quite a bit of damage to the arm and its key structure. After three, the arm cannot produce ki for the rest of the battle and any -more- than three will do permanent damage to the arm.

The latter function is much less complex. The user 'marks' a visible target, after which ki erupts from his back to produce thrust. Then he effectively homes in on the target at a high speed (within his capabilities, of course) to deliver one of the aforementioned 'bullets'...

Special Note: When Oliver an inch from defeat, the power of the last bullet is significantly increased; probably due to his tenacious nature.

"Systema" Training

Oliver can utilize Systema (Russian Martial Arts) in combat situations at a highly adept level.

Systema Training: Is this something that's intended to give Oliver an advantage in battle, or basically just a way to put his "training" on the Roster?

It will give him a technical advantage in grappling situations and he can reverse most untrained (I.e. those without special training or martial arts specialization) leg/arm/head locks. It also gives him advanced knowledge on breaking bones.

Oh, and pressure points. Combat advantage from using Systema target points.

So yes, it produces a combat advantage.

Veteran Combat Expertise:

Vad is a seasoned fighter. Being forced how to fight at a young age and being relentlessly trained how to kill anything as quickly as possible has made him experienced in close quarters combat. From his experience as an assassin he has learned how to keep track of his opponent during a fight. During a close quarters fight he can easily detect movement around him.

Price check, thanks!

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.

Wizard, you can have the Systema Training, but it won't provide any actual advantage in combat. If you want it represented on your roster anyway, it'll just be 5 XP.
