Took me a while to reply because I wasn't sure what I wanted to say.

If you're going to use this while actually fighting people, you'll have to have flight. If you're just going to use it to just travel around, then you don't need a custom for it; it would be just like RPing your character taking an airplane from one city to another, or hopping in a cab to get where they're going.

Bah, I probably won't be using it in combat very much, but I'll just take flight to be careful.

i actually have a question about this, say i wanted to use a like a magic carpet as a form of travel - it'd have exactly the same use as flight, in and out of combat, except that it would be a prop that alex needed in order to fly. It wouldn't give any extra anything. If i just purchased flight, could i use the magic carpet?

It would, for all intents and purposes, be exactly the same thing as purchasing and using flight, just toss in an old throw rug.

And I'm just going to be a little preemptive this time. Being able to alter the mental state of not one, but up to 10 people over a very large radius without them being able to fight back isn't something that should be cheap.

Astral Projection: Gozen can separate his spirit from his body and travel short distances without having to physically go there. His spiritual form is still able to detected by those with Ki Sense, and scouters and other energy reading devices may react to him as well. His physical form is susceptible in this state, completely unaware of what is happening around him. If he is injured or moved while in this state he quickly returns to his body in a dazed condition for a few seconds.

Are you expecting Gozen to be able to walk through walls and such with this Custom?

No. His spirit will have to use doors and windows like everybody else. (But keep in mind his physical body is still elsewhere)

Ideally, the courier's palms strike his intended target, otherwise the blast of energy extends only a few inches. So powerful is this technique that it draws on Kaden's pool of Power Points, consuming 1 PP with each use.

I would like to re-submit Exorcise with the use of PP. I never intended to use it rapid fire, and it makes sense that it might use a PP.

Exorcise:
Gozen’s kanabo is designed specifically to exorcise spirits and foreign consciousnesses from objects and people. Gozen strikes the subject of possession, his own ki striking out at theirs in a direct competition, expending one Power Point. This many times will dislodge the offending spirit or mind, at the very least weakening their grip on the victim's body. It may have the unfortunate side effect of injuring the subject of the possession as the offending spirit...
