How should I meet up with you government peoples? I was thinking of having Belle get shipped there along with some other troops once this stuff came up, but everyone seems to be taking their own way in.

And by the way, guys, I'm going through right now and scoring all the posts to see who will win this battle at the first update. Let me tell you that so far, there hasn't been a single post I've scored under a 7/10. Very good job! And lemme tell you -- normally, I can't really sit and read something, but you guys have kept me enthralled. Mucho congrats so far to all of you, and keep posting!

If Belle manages to stumble upon Vad in the boiler room. You are welcome to join up. I'm planning to post today so I can get Vad wandering the basement a bit; maybe some encounters with Revolutionaries.

OK, for clarification purposes.

This is NOT a competition saga. However, because it is faction-based, factions will have to win, and that means I have to have some way of "scoring". Basically, I'm going to be basing it off quality, but to keep track of my opinions I'm using numbers. These numbers will have little bearing on the final result if I feel that they don't represent the quality of you guys' RPing appropriately, they're just there to guide me/Piper/Szar in updating.

Now, the scale (for those who want to know) is one to ten, and then I add them all together and get the mean by dividing the number of faction members that have posted. Like, for example, after Belle, Vad, Piper, and Talon posted their posts for the gov't, their overall score was thirty-four. Getting the mean, it would be 8.5 overall. My post hasn't been graded yet, but say I got, like, an 8 and say that Alura got, like, a 9. We average them together and get 8.5, which would mean that right now, the government and the revolutionaries are at a stalemate. The Assassins would currently be losing with a score of 0, XD.

If I feel particularly impressed by people, they might have a bigger role in the update, or something.

As far as this goes, let me make clear that it is NOT a competition saga. I will simply be using quality measurements to judge which faction wins each encounter. There will be no eliminations based upon these scores.

Battles. There may be occasion where an opportunity arises for two PCs to be put into a fight. This fight can be to the death or not to the death, but at that point it becomes a separate fight whose storyline is intertwined with R&R and should be treated like a regular fight, including where it is sent to staff for grading and whatnot.

I like the idea of better-scoring people have bigger roles.

For a Saga as big as this, would it be wise to have a "status" page where people can quickly reference what a certain character is doing or at least where they are? Maybe have an 'available' or an 'unavailable' box or something.

Just an idea.

That's basically what this thread was supposed to be for. Coordinating and such.

For reference, do NOT RP someone else's character unless you either have direct permission from them or are thrown together via saga update.

Its cool mang. I used it as an easy out so i didn't have to write fighting another gunman and as an easy way to get into the building...no worries.

I'm RPing tonight. Sorry for being so late, i'm finishing up a term paper on an analysis of the causes in poverty in africa related to economic and military policy. so screw you with your net score of zero, hoe. Smile

When you grade the factions, will you be grading them by the average score of all the people who RP, or the accumulative score? IN your example, i mean would you be grading by the '34' or the 8.5 average?
