A handful of people PMed Waff to be removed and he also removed Milk Bubble when Rod wouldn't let up with the "omgz ur using to accounts 2 cheatz"

I changed for my own reasons that had nothing to do with game strategy. I'm not that dirty.

I've only made one switch and deletes were all by request.
