Custom Technique Approval
Poisonous Web – Sophia casts long strands of ki at an opponent. Once attached to an enemy, small amounts of his or her ki is drained from the body, and is transferred to Sophia. More strands mean more energy, though it takes exponentially more focus to maintain too many at one time. These stands can also be used to constrict or slow down an enemy, depending on the opponent’s relative combat ability.

Leech Seed – Sophia plants a small orb of ki on an opponent, usually somewhere on the back. The “seed” slowly drains ki from the enemy, increasing in size with every drain. At this point, the orb can either be absorbed into Sophia for the amount of ki drained, or the ki can be discharged. It takes a long time for a fatal amount of ki to be stored, but the damage is still mentionable.

Drain Aura – Sophia can create a temporary aura around herself that drains the ki of an enemy in range (15-20 feet) for a minimal gain. The ki is represented by tiny red beads that float around Sophia, and can then be absorbed into herself or discharged outward. While creating and sustaining the aura, Sophia cannot move, or else she’ll lose the focus required.

Discharge – Sophia willingly takes on every energy attack that comes her way, absorbing and storing part of every attack that doesn’t kill her and giving her an increasingly golden glow. This process takes full concentration on her part, and therefore renders her motionless. Once she’s done, she discharges the stored ki in a double-palmed beam (think Kamehameha motion). The stored ki damages her slightly, and too much stored ki can still kill her.

Shockwave - 15

Omega Blaster - 25. In addition to costing more for the strength of the attack, it also sounds like it's supposed to cover an enlarged area (as opposed to something like a Kamehameha, which hits one person).

Full Power Energy Wave - 15

Poisonous Web - 20. Maybe more. Are the webs intended to incapacitate people in any way? How fast of a drain is it supposed to be (is it more of a "over long period of time" drain or "quick burst" kind of drain)?

Leech Seed - 22

Drain Aura - 23

Discharge - 25

Cross Fire - 18

Um...over a long period of time, I guess. As far as incapacitate people, no. They can be pulled off, and a person that's physically stronger than her could just grab the web and pull her down onto her face. It's sort of like Spidey's webbing in that regard, only it drains slightly and is made out of energy.

And thanks for the timely update.

20 it is, then.

Thanks for that.

That's cool. I imagine it pretty similar to Broli's Omega Blaster, but you obviously caught the reference.

Planet Sense- The ability to search the planet for a ki signature and memorize it. If he later finds the ki signatures owner he can put the face with the signature for later purposes of finding someone.

Universal Sense- The ability to search the universe for ki signatures that he either knows or doesn't. If he doesn't know the ki signature it is simply filed away in memory for later usage if he ever comes across the owner.

Planetary Warp- The ability to reach any known place on the planet the user is located on as long as he has been there before.

Galactical Warp- At the cost of a bit of energy and 1pp Hebi can teleport to any place he has been to or a place where a ki signature he knows is located through out the universe.

Teleportation Frenzy- At the cost of a small portion of energy the user can teleport to and from a foe in rapid succession landing a varity of blows. Even teleporting someone face first into an object.

Planet Sense - Undecided.

Universal Sense - Not allowed.

Planetary Warp - 30 XP

Galactic Warp - 75 XP

Teleportation Frenzy - What do you mean by "teleporting someone face first into an object"?

Like teleportin them with me and slamming their face into the ground, a wall, gaint rock, or metal poll.

Teleporting someone with you requires a Custom Technique. So, as it is, Teleportation Frenzy isn't something Hebi could do.

Sorry that is what I am trying to do but adding a harmful effect through it. Here I'll reword it.

Teleportation Frenzy - The ability to teleport the manner ofan attack which teleports the target with you allowing you to slam them into an object such as the ground or a pull. This normally requires you to touch them at first in some way or form commonly a grab.

Heres a seperate one for teleporting.

Teleporation Combo- The user will teleport several times in rapid succession attack his foe(s) as he sees fit and retreating in the same manner he came. This can be comboed with Teleporation Frenzy.

Teleportation Frenzy - 75 XP (basically, this Custom just lets you take someone with you; whether or not you use that offensively or just for travel is secondary)

Teleportation Combo - 15.

So here's the deal. You don't actually need a Custom Tech to use Ki Sense on an expanded level like this. The accuracy of the Ki Sense, however, is relative to both your character's strength and the strength of the person you're trying to sense.

Even Kaden (the character with the highest CA, at the moment) wouldn't just be able to pin-point someone's exact location on the fly or, like, in the middle of a fight.

I see, still I know that this scenario has happened when in the series Goku pin pointed his allies around the world and could tell their conditions. Still if that is the way you want to limit it I will not cuase a war over it.

Relatively speaking, Goku was significantly stronger in DBZ than the characters on Chubbs right now. As Hebi gets stronger, his ability to sense ki with precision will increase. It just won't be an instant thing.

That will be fine.

Just one more tech to be approved then. Consider this the Janemba conspiracy.

Teleport Strike- This is the ability to teleport ones body limbs(arms and legs) through a small dimensional rift to strike at a foe from afar. Limited to only ones limbs. Ki strike can be made after limb exit other side but not on return. This is a quick attack no more power then any normal physical or ki attack the character can preform. This is just a means of quickly reaching a distant area.

Sorry about that. Thought I was editing.

The down fall to this move is your opponent can pull you through cuasing a bit of damage. That is the only time you can go all the way through is if forced by a stronger opponent.

Sorry for the double post last time. Didn’t mean to do that but in my absence since then I came up with some clever moves. At least I think so.

Ki Strike- the ability of the user to surround a limb such as his feet or hands with energy. this increases the output in damage of his attacks. this charge can be held but drains the character of energy equal to the amount he is putting into his attacks.

Teleport Ki- The ability to warp ki blasts around a battle field giving slightly more control over the movement and patterns. The user can use this to change an attack to warp back at its own user or warp his attacks from one location to get closer to connecting with his target.

Teleport Object- the Ability to warp an object as to strike a foe with it or use it to block an attack. A prime example of this would be a small boulder. The larger the object the more draining it is on the user.

Warp Lock- This is the ability to form warp holes to catch an opponents limbs in to hold them for a period of time. The more the hold is continued the more draining it is on the user. The draining aspect also depends on the strength of the captive being held. Struggling can cause slight damage to the captive. These are teleporting holes that merely teleport the targets limbs into a realm of stasis. A significantly stronger character can simply just break loose of this hold causing less damage then a weaker person struggling against the hold.

Cross fire: charge your ki for as long as you want and when your done release a balst of little ki balls, depending on how much you charged you ki. it then goes out in a circle around the person.

Z blast: Charge your ki for 10 seconds and then waze your finger in a Z shape motion. when done push out the area wher you traced the z and release a z shaped energy beam. this wastes little energy and doesn't do much damage but can stun your enemy for a few seconds so you can get away.

Vaccuum: Using his ability of the wind, he can create an oxygenless globe in areas. The Oxygen deprived Vacuum eliminates Ki being used(Ki has oxygen, I assume... why else would it go boom?)

It's a cheap trick but the orb which would be.... 15x 15 radius. It can choke those without rebreather...

And at the same time, energy that passes through the orb is lowered. UNless by a Wind Ki user, as they can manipulate the travel....
