I understand that, and sympathize to a degree, but everyone has that same limitation.

There's a mystery here and I'm gonna solve it, so please, let this lollipop out of the closet!

Do Not Fear the Reaper
A technique focusing on calming and/or tricking the target into a false state of safety. Using his elemental ki and telekinesis, Eric creates a basic illusion to lull the target into a calmer state, using a voice that can be trusted (sensed with telekinesis) to support the illusion.
Requirements: Telepathy;

Fear the Reaper
The direct opposite of ‘Do Not Fear the Reaper’, this time Eric uses the illusion as a scare tactic, pulling forth illusions of horror while supporting the illusion with a voice that instils fear.
Requirements: Telepathy;

Robe of the Reaper
Using his ability to see the future, Eric uses his power over the wind to make a robe of wind cover his entire body but his face. Whenever he predicts an attack, the robe shoots out a powerful blast of wind to protect him from the attack, perhaps even counter the attack if he uses a sufficient amount of power.

Raze
Using his ability over the wind, Eric creates blades of wind ki that shreds most materials bar the stronger ones by lashing his arm towards the enemy.

Eye of the Storm
To make his target unable to escape, Eric uses a large amount of his ki to pull down a tornado from the heavens directly onto the target so that the target is in the middle of the tornado, effectively holding the target in place if performed correctly.

Wind tunnel
Holding forth both of his hands, Eric channels wind ki through his hands before launching a tornado laying onto the ground, shooting forth from the hands as a devastating blow to anything in the technique’s path.

Thanks to anyone who looks this over, just ask if I need to explain anything.

Do Not Fear The Reaper - the description says this uses telekinesis, which... wouldn't work. Telepathy (which it says in the requirement) would be fine. 18 XP

Fear The Reaper - 22 XP

Robe - maintaining the "robe" would require a constant use of energy. Add that to the description. 20 XP

Raze - is this long or short ranged?

Eye of the Storm - how wide of an area can you "trap"? It sounded like the intent was just to make it big enough to just grab a single person.

Wind Tunnel - basically a wind-kamehameha, right? 15 XP.

Dark Orbing – A traditional ability belonging to the Darklighters. This is rather an evolution of her combat teleportation. She is able to teleport from one city to another, or even from one planet to another, just as long as she has visual knowledge of the city or planet she wishes to teleport to. Transporting multiple people from one place to another drains a substantial amount of ki. When she orbs, she leaves behind particles of black gas.

Does honesty earn respect or inspire revenge? Is it smarter to attack the strong or annihilate the weak?

Bah, clear mistake on the telekinesis on my half. x_X Raze would be intended for short-medium ranged and no way a snipe-shot, also the Eye of the Storm is indeed just one person.

EDIT: And yes, Kamehametornado.

Kenetic Prison- the user will capture his foe in an orb which will then roam around the field bashing into things forcing small explousions inside that will keep it going. these explousions hurt the captive. This does not work on stronger foes as they can simply bust out.

Bash of the Scenery- the user will fuse some of his ki into an object or objects so that he can use them as shielding from attacks. He will sometimes just use these objects to bash the opponent with and stop him/her in their tracks.

Power of The Surroundings-the user will fuse his ki into any of the objects around them and then lift them into the air to be used as weaponry. Ths can be used on anything as simple as grass to anything more complex then a car.

Shrapnel Shower- the user will send any form of debris on the ground in the air at the opponent. Sometimes he will sharpen or harden the fragments with his own ki to make them more lethal of a weapon.

sorry for the double post but it would not let me edit

Prison of Scenery-using his ki to enfuse objects the user will have them twist and turn around an opponent to prohibit his movements. This prison will then fly back and forth bashing the captive against random objects compressing it further into his body.

How much would it be without the ability to transport anyone with her?

How much would it be with the ability to transport just one person with her?

Scenery Blast- the user will rip the surrounding area apart and fuse it with ki energy. When teh densified mass is ready he will hurl it at the enemy. Depending on what is in the mass of junk the opponent could get cut up on impact. This also depends on how the user forms the mass.

Whip of the Surroundings-the user will force a part of the surrounding area to bend out of shape and come around whipping the opponent. The object will then explode due to the ki enfused in it.

I don't quite understand the 'Whip of the surroundings' custom tech. What do you mean by the object coming around whipping the opponent?

Dark Orbing - 75 XP (just to save someone else the time)

Well that is fine but can i get the others graded too. Please and thankyou.

The whip thing kinda works like Bash of the Scenery just the pattern of movement is different as if it is rotating in a whipping motion and then it explodes. I should metion that this does all for the tech Shrapnel shower to work more often as well as Two will list below.

Shrapnel Hands- the users will pull objects that are easily moveable to such as glass, small rocks, grass, ect to float around his hands as he enfuses them with ki. As he efuses the objects with ki he gives them more hardness allowing for them to give more of a physical impact to his physical attacks.

Scenery Grenades- the user foces several objects to float in mid air in random patterns that move around. when they get close to an opponent they wikll explode sending shards of ki enfused shrapnel pieces into the opponent and a good distance over the field. If to close to the user it could hurt him.
Reply
Homing Scenery- the user will embue objects with enough ki to make them float and follow a target in the attempt of striking them. This is avoidable if you dodge the right way but the objects amy turn around and take another go at hitting the foe.
