No that is not a DBZ character. It is from the anime Blue Dragon his name was Romero I believe. The artist for taht anime was the one for dbz however so yeah.

Vincent came close to death at the hands of nature during his breif time in the tundra. A kind Native American Shaman is going to attempt to bring out the best in him, unite his mental and physical form in an effort to aid the young warrior down the right path. This is the closest thing I could find to what the end result will look like.

If so. Would I be allowed to use the sig as a reference in his bio, as kinda like a chapter marker? I'm not asking to reserve both images, just wanna know if I could use it as a reference.

Edit: If it makes the decision any easier, because of my lack of knowledge in certain areas at the time. The image in the sig is actually a character named Angeal. He resembles Zack quite a bit but is in fact a different person...so Zack Fair wouldn't even be the reference image.
