Holy shit is Veigar awesome. Watching the opponent's hp do a huge frownie face at my ult is so hilarious. Eats mana like no one else though.

Side note: Being mid as veigar against vlad is like trying to beat back the ocean with a stick

I went 24/7/16 with my favorite blue midget for my game of the day earlier. Enemy team managed to somewhat stave me off until I got the armor pen bow and started making them all sad-faced!

When I build, I generally go Fiendish Codex first, Sorc's boots, and Tear of the Goddess as my first items. This usually solves mana problems. Later the Codex builds into a Deathfire Grasp and the Tear builds into Archangel's Staff.

Deathfire Grasp is something you should totes have in your combo if you don't already. It does damage equal to 30% of the targeted champion's health (or at least 200 damage), so starting a fight with it is awesome. Note: You can trigger an item by pressing the number associated with its item slot (1 through 6). Did not know that before. I generally throw my E to stun, start W, cue DG to hit before the W lands, Q, R, Q. Bye bye enemy champion!

Did you by chance rebind QWER as well? I can't see how moving your hands two rows away from your main abilities instead of one (depends on the keyboard) is easier. o.0

The health and AP will stack, but the actual slow does not. That said, if you only got 6 Rylai's, you would have 480AP and a bonus 3000 health...which is actually not terrible. Unless you're Vayne or Olaf.
