I have an evolution. Mew tried to evolve me last night (I got a message), but apparently it got blocked because I didn't evolve.

No. When that 10% chance hit, I was told by Mal what the power was.

One of the sleeptalkers made a good point about looking at the attempted evolutions. Whompt, specifically. For absolutely no stated reason he wanted to evolve Vad.

Of course he's going to say "he was just trying to stir some activity," but its more than anything else we've got to go on at this point. You guys should lynch him and let me evolve.

First thing, my full "Take Down" power was able to give me Pokemon and ability, with a 75% chance to show their alignment. I could do this as many times as I wanted, but there was a 10% chance that I'd reveal myself to the person being investigated (since Kaden knows that number, I assume he found me out). I also had a secondary ability called "Extreme Speed" which is exactly like Take Down but I had a 100% chance to get alignment. Likewise, the other would 100% know that I investigated him.

However, I've been told that my powers are now gone. I assume that this is a mafia power, nay, I hope and pray that it is. Because if it isn't, a townie just ruined our sheriff. Good job. I think that it's a one time use power, because I've been denied the use of my powers for the rest of the game. If it's not a one time use then it's incredibly overpowered and I'd be disappointed.

Mr. Mine has been killed, and because we're playing with the original 151 Pokemon, he has no evolutions. There were quite a few Pokemon who had no evolution in the original versions, so there could be a few who more don't need to evolve.

So we have 2 certainties.
1. Both me and Kaden are town
2. I have been made useless

To townie power roles: don't be dumbasses. Your suspicions this early in the game are probably wrong. Don't be all unilateral until you have some proof.

There are 9 potential candidates for Mafianess. Out of those 9, 3 are actually mafia, as long as we stick to the ratios of every single previous game. So, there's a 33.33% chance that we'll strike hot. That's just based strictly on what we know based on roles and etc and stuff.

Then we can go with Sleeptalk. We've had a Lance that claims that 5 people are suspicious, including me. Clearly, this post was just full of shit and is nothing more than your usual predictions revealed during the Night. Then we have one that says Vad is mafia because he/she "knows" which again just seems to be a prediction but told as more of a threat. We have another that says John Doe is innocent, which he is, and another that tried to evolve Rose. From what Rose said, it was true.

Vad was mentioned twice during the Sleeptalk phase, though I take that with a grain of salt. Could just be coincidence, or maybe somebody wasn't bullshitting. Rose was stated as being the target of evolution which neither clears nor confirms his alignment. "Mew" could be either town or mafia who selected a random town or mafia to evolve.

In terms of player behavior, Kaden already mentioned Whompt's lynch towards Vad (again mentioned) and suspected was trying to get Vad to evolve. So there's that. Then there's Waff. I found it strange that he didn't use his ever so famous RNG to determine who he'd first try to kill, as per usual. A minor thing but I'm scratching on the window to find anything we can use beyond what's already been discussed.

Because we have nothing concrete to go on, I'd say to lynch Vad because he seems to be a center of attention despite not actually saying anything today (it hasn't even been 12 hours but he's been online). Perhaps he just has shit luck or the mafia may be framing him, but we have nothing to go on. And unless we feel like letting everyone die again to the mafia, I'd rather we get our acts together, huddle up, and gang up on somebody. At the worst, we have a 66.67% chance to be wrong. At best, first Mafia kill.

Looking at it logically, unless protected, me or Kaden will be getting killed tonight. But there are still 7 more roles out there that haven't been revealed to the Mafia, so they might not have the balls to do it. Fetch.

I'm guessing 9 PM. I asked Mal about that and he said he got called into work so it was either cut the day short or give us some extra time. The phrasing implied a deadline of 9 PM either way.

I think you're pretty safe for the night, Doe. With you neutered, they know they don't have to worry about you. I, on the other hand, am a confirmed townie with an unknown power. DUN DUN DUUUUUUN.

So protection on me (I'd be surprised if we only had one role that could do ANY kind of protecting) would be a smart call.

The reason I say both of us is that we're pretty much confirmed townies so it'd be dangerous to leave us alive. The longer we stay alive and numbers drop, the easier it is to find who is mafia. The faster we die the better.

That's why I called it out now. Letting the mafia know this provides me at least one way to be of some use. My very existence, neutered or not, is a threat to them. Sooner or later, they'll have to deal with me. But they won't, like the bitches they are.

Well, I'll just tell the story. So I logged onto mumble around 3 AM and saw Kaden in one of the rooms. I was pretty tired but I made out the capital K in his name and assumed he was alone. We were just talking about general stuff like LoL and how Vad killed a protection role. One of us brought up how Waff was complaining that he died before being able to send in a protect PM, to which I replied "Well, it didn't matter anyway considering what you(Kaden as Mafia) did." When I rubbed my eyes I found out that Teemer was in the room with us.

I dun goofed.

In my defense, I heard Teemer slipped up himself and that's why he got killed. We were all at fault for talking about it in the first place (even the incredibly general stuff), and that's why I don't talk about mafia at all. Never again.
