No, a name definitely isn't necessary, but would be helpful in the event someone else tried to use the same character.

If it's just a one-off then that shouldn't really be an issue.

I'd like to relinquish Mikan from Air Gear and claim Kallen Kozuki/Stadtfeld from Code Geass for Rose. Probably gonna try and edit her hair to have the same shade of pink as Buu, if not I'll just mention in her profile that it's not quite that red. Mikan was great, but I think Kallen fits her a little bit better now (she's two years older and not quite the same character she once was). Is it alright if I keep using this signature until I can get somebody to make me a new one? (Not a big deal if I can't)

I wanna claim a tier one, but at the same I don't wanna give away any spoilers.

Just to refresh people on the rules, you can't "claim" an image for anything other than you base image.

In Anzekay's case, for example, he's welcome to use that image for his tier 1 transformation, but if someone joins or switches -- or something like that -- and wants to use that character for his base image, Anzekay has no claim to it and it will be given to the new character. He can use the image for his tier 1 as long as it's ok with the new character, but other than that, he has to give it up.

EDIT: I realize that that was not anywhere where it was easy to find, so I added it to the OP of this thread. Basically we just don't want people to be able to reserve three or four characters images just for themselves.
