Acctualy he is a hero but not a SUPER Hero. He is a man who uses only gadgets and luck while fighting. He has no ablities, that makes him not super.

If anything batman is the best hero due to the fact that he has no powers just skill and technique, and he has to be good to have no powers and keep up with other heros that do have powers 8o.

Face it - any real superhero, would throttle him.

The beatdown he would recieve from the Daredevil would definitely be a fight worth seeing.

8o 8o 8o NO WAY!!! lol, he got all his gadgets and what not ontop of his skills, daredevil cant do anything accept read sounds or however you want to put that. spiderman? He has powers and all but he wouldnt be able to compare to batman. AND THOSE ARE MARVEL CHARACTERS!

Daredevil sees, but in kind of an infrared freaky thing. He got it from radiation, didn't he? He's a superhero.

Batman > Superman

Batman has come though a frigging broken spine from Bane. And also packs a pair of Kryptonite gauntlets with him for Supe's.

I'll always beleave thatBat's is better, because he's the only real superhero in my eyes.

Indeed he did... While running away from his dad when the boy saw his own dad steal money from a store. Then some came on his eyes, first he was blind and then he saw better than before.

You are all right, he would prolly kick the shit out of most people, but that still doesn't make him a super hero. Face Facts, just because some rich dude dresses up and protects people doesn't mean he is a super hero. He has no super powers, nor abilities. A wacko in a costume doesn't constitute super hero.
