Selene's a cheater; she kept taking other people's powers by drinking their blood. Also, the only reason she defeated Viktor is because he was preoccupied with Micheal.

Lucian, on the other hand, pwns. Why? He took hella silver bullets and still had enough left in him to HELP Selene out by informing her to let Micheal drink form her, thus making Micheal the most freakish Beast--the one from X-Men--ever.

Selene was younger, and yet, more powerful then Lucien. One on one, I beleive Selene would have won.
