This is so sad. I used to have 15 Best Moves, and 3 unused slots.

='(

Anyway, on to business:

Masenko - You can't beat the classics. Though there are stronger techniques out there, Raditzu has never been able to resist the combination of speed and power the Masenko has. Plus that awesome purple color. What's not to love? Seriously though, the Masenko is a beam attack formed by raising both hands above the head, one of top of the other. Its fired when the user brings both arms forward. Its fast firing and can be reinforced with additional ki when Rad needs that extra little oomph.

Burn Knuckle - Quickly becoming a favorite of the long-haired wonder, Raditzu's Burn Knuckle has put more than one person in their place. The attack is as simple and straight-forward as Rad himself is: the user explodes forward, fist-first, with a super-powered punch. Ki rages around Rad's fist, making it appear as though its actually on fire. This attack is exponentially stronger than any simple punch.

Power Break - Venomous Ki is usually a slow-acting agent, but Raditzu has developed a technique that gives you the same great taste with half the calories. That is to say, the Power Break is a physical strike infused with Venomous Ki. Upon contact with someone else, the venom seeps into their body and "explodes." This "explosion" doesn't do any physical damage, but it greatly disrupts the flow of ki and can decimate any ki that someone may have been using for a technique.

Blast Barrier - Though the long-haired warrior has never been big on defensive techniques, he would be ill-advised to not be prepared for anything. The Blast Barrier is his take on a more traditional "wall of ki" style defense. The saiyan creates an orb of ki that surrounds his entire body. For a few moments, the orb functions as a simple protective barrier. After those moments the shield explodes outwards, propelling away anything within an arms' reach. This can be used to deflect ki attacks, or push back an attacker. Rad has even come up with a few offensive uses for it.

Frazzle - This technique comes from Raditzu's ability to channel and controls powerful bursts of electricity, otherwise known as Raikinesis. After grasping someone's head, the saiyan generates a powerful charge of electricity. The blast can kill an average human instantly, frying their brain. Strong fields of ki have been known to protect people from the lethal effects of this move, but its still more than capable of disorienting someone.

-Sekikatsuba: Aqua's saliva will turn whatever it hits to stone. This only lasts for 5 seconds and it (alone) Cannot kill! Aqua can attack an enemy (if the attack being used takes less than a few seconds to charge), but doing so would have no greater effect than if Aqua were to hit the victim before he/ she had been turned to stone (aka, no one crumbles if being hit by another attack while in stone form).

-Time Freeze: Similar to his amphibian cousin, Guldo, Aqua can summon the magical ability to freeze time and move around in it by holding his breath. He can neither exert excessive amounts of energy while holding his breath nor break the necessary concentration while utilizing this ancient technique. Time remains frozen for only as long as Aqua can hold his breath (30 seconds to a minute), and it is very draining on one's energy.

-Energy Eat: In keeping with Aqua's exotic fight style, he is able to defend himself in a rather unique way. Rather than deflecting, blocking, or deferring an attack, this strange Aqua-jin is actually able to consume energy attacks and use the energy as fuel for his own attacks.

-Liquify: Either to allude detection, or to avoid physical damage, Aqua can literally turn himself into water. Obviously, turning into water doesn't do much good against an energy blast, but it does wonders against grapples, punches, kicks, and the like. And, assassin that he is, Aqua makes great use of this technique to get under doors, through cracks, or just to turn himself into a puddle as danger comes. Though, if someone is hot on his trail, they might notice the robes he's left behind because, after all, he can only turn his body into water, not his clothes as well. That means that when he changes back into his normal form, he is in his birthday suit. Party on fish man, party on.

-Baptism: This ability allows Aqua to fill a given space with water. He can breathe under water and he experiences an increase in relative agility and speed, so he uses this ability to either suffocate his opponent or outright defeat them while they “flounder” about with their inferior swimming.

Other than time freeze, all of these moves were previously approved. If time freeze is a no go, I'll just tack on one of my other previous moves instead. I've already allotted enough TP to get all my moves back Smile

And here are my 4 best moves I've alloted for with my TP rearrangement:

-Makkan Sappo: Otherwise known as Special beam cannon, Makkan Sappo is a penetrating blast shot from two fingers. It is actually two blasts, one going straight ahead and the other coiling around the first for drilling power. This attack drills through everything it hits, and eventually blows up when it hits something big enough.

-Kienzan: otherwise known as destructo disk, kienzan is an energy disk that can cut through virtually anything.

-Tsuihidan: It is a Ki blast, and it tracks its enemy.

-Bakuhatsuha (Death Dome): By raising two fingers, Aqua can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area and/ or the ground under an opponent. The attack forms a dome shape around Aqua's targeted area and works its way outward the longer he focuses on the move and the more energy he puts into it. In it's most common application, Aqua starts the dome around himself and pushes it outward.

Dunno if I was supposed to post this here or in a training, but I decided to post it here before my character vault got edited and these pre-approved moves got deleted.

All fifteen:

Final Flash
This attack, which once took an eternity to charge, shortens in charge time as Seventeen grows stronger. The cybernetic warrior commences this attack by first stretching his arms out—either horizontally, vertically, or in an X. After a period of charging the attack, he draws his palms together and unleashes the brilliant and powerful wave of ki at his foes. The machine-hybrid isn’t sure where he learned this move, because he has always been able to perform it since his awakening.

Ki Disc
This particular ki attack has saved Seventeen from many brushes with death. After charging a ball of ki above his palm, he focuses more ki and flattens the orb into a spinning, powerful disc of varying size. The disc, while very hard to control, can tear through flesh, stone, and steel. The machine-hybrid isn’t sure where he learned this move, because he has always been able to perform it since his awakening.

Ki Barrier
Seventeen utilizes this helpful attack to protect himself from enemies or as a counterattack. The barrier, a translucent green sphere of ki, shields the android from most attacks equal to or weaker than his ki, as long as he can maintain it. Stronger attacks can be weakened by the barrier but will still cause damage. The other helpful thing about the barrier is that if an opponent tries to pierce it physically, the barrier explodes. The explosion does not harm Seventeen, but does drain him of the ki used to maintain the barrier. The machine-hybrid isn’t sure where he learned this move, because he has always been able to perform it since his awakening.

Ki Saber
After creating a small orb of ki, Seventeen grips it into his hand and creates a sword of ki. Usually the cylindrical weapon is only an inch or so in diameter and three feet long. The attack itself is a condensed version of the Ki Disc, having similar traits of that move, only focused into a melee weapon. Seventeen can wield one or two sabers, and by sacrificing more energy, the android can wield a two-handed, sword (he holds it in the center). While usually yellow or blue, the color and size, and strength of the blade all depend on how much energy Android Seventeen uses. The machine-hybrid developed this move after watching Piccolo and Yajirobe duel with samurai swords prior to the Friend or Foe competition.

Hadoken
Seventeen was apparently bestowed this power by the late Paige. It is for when he finds himself in confrontations that promoted close-range combat. Preliminary concentration can allow Seventeen to centralize two masses of white energy around his fist. These "energy gauntlets" make his punches more volatile, but the true strength of the attack is the energy beam he releases. After landed enough strikes to stagger his opponent, Android Seventeen briefly moves his cupped palms to his side, and then throws them forward. He shouts the name of the attack, which releases the energy previously around his fist. Although not as powerful as stronger ki attacks such as his Final Flash attack, Hadoken allows the android to strike his opponent from close quarters while also amplifying his physical prowess.

Ki Whip
After creating a small orb of ki, Seventeen grips it into his hand and creates a limp string of ki. The color varies (although it is usually blue), while the length and potency of the weapon depend on how much power the android decides to exert in its creation. Seventeen can wield one in each hand at the cost of more energy, or he could wield a whip in one hand and a saber in the other. The weapon itself is mainly used as a medium-range melee weapon, but its partially adhesive nature allows the whip to wrap around targets. Although the weapon is merely a string of ki, its grip is rather powerful, and because of this, it can provide a vital edge in combat (because wrapping it around an opponent’s legs, arms, or neck could potentially destroy an opponent’s momentum).

Ki Gun
A rather simplistic attack that fires a simple blast of ki from Seventeen’s index finger: The android must simply aim the index finger, clenching all of his fingers except the thumb. The thumb then acts as a trigger, and upon dropping, releases the projectile at the opponent. Depending on the amount of power concentrated into the shot, the attack can vary from serving as close-range offensive tool or a decent means to deal with foes from a distance. Like most of his other attacks, Seventeen can fire shots from both fingers, although the power will be diminished (leading to the cyborg attacking in a speedy, machinegun-like fashion when utilizing both hands).

Kasenko-kaha
Like most ki beams, this attack is charged within the confines of cupped palms. Like Final Flash back in the day, this technique can take the android substantial time and effort to fully charge, but because of this, it is usually able to get the job done rather well. As the attack charges toward its full potential, the color will descend the colors of the visible light spectrum (starting at red moving down to violet) and then change to a brilliant white color when its full, destructive power has been focused. With a declaration of the attack’s name, Seventeen throws his palms forward—unleashing the beam; however, the bulk of the power comes at the end of the attack, when Seventeen releases a final, massive sphere of energy from his palms after bombarding his foe with the wave-phase of the technique. The sphere explodes, emitting all the colors of the rainbow as a means to glorify its destructive prowess. Colloquially called ‘Rainbow Beam’, this attack represents Seventeen’s most powerful technique and usually his final gambit in intense, physical confrontations.

Ki Parasite
Seventeen crafts a small concentration of energy in his hand and hurls it at his foe. In the event of contact with another being, the ki projectile does not explode, but it instead latches onto the target—burning away fabric and armor as it attempts to seep partially into the pores of their flesh. Once it has a hold on its foe, this energy ‘blob’ will began to siphon ki from its host. If given the chance, the parasite will gorge itself until it explodes (which can be quite a nasty blast due to all the energy stored up inside the parasite). Fortunately for the afflicted, the parasite can be destroyed with a blast of energy; however, the usually small size and painless nature with which the parasite eats ki helps to increase its longevity.

Ki Sight and Sound
Although the witty moniker may infer otherwise, all this move does is allow the android to channel ki through his eyes and mouth. The damage of said concentrations is variable, just as any ki blast fired from the palm would be, but the ability to fire from orifices on his countenance has additional value for when he is tied up or otherwise unable to use his hands. Seventeen can elect to focus energy through only one exit or the other, albeit sacrifice to the potency of the blast.

Ki Tracker
After condensing a lot of energy into a small sphere, the machine-hybrid can hurl it at his opponents, and with his processor, he can actually remote control the destructive little projectile. This means that he can arch it around and opponent to throw them off (make them think he missed), but with a discrete hand, eye, or internal motion, he can cause it pivot back around and hit them in the back. An attack excellent for sneakiness, as it can be guided through tunnels or vents into an enemy installation.

Ki Net
Seventeen begins this attack by firing a volley of energy bolts at his foe—missing with every single one. Instead of exploding, these projectiles freeze in proximity to the target, and with a motion from the cyborg; all of the attacks converge on the target in question. The more projectiles Seventeen throws, the more cataclysmic the final attack contains. This attack is great for unloading upon a stronger opponent, but the energy and time it takes makes it fruitless to use on weaker opponents who can be dispatched with a less-taxing attack.

Ki Mortar
Seventeen charges up a dense, erratic sphere of energy (color is on you) in his hand and hurls it into the sky. When it reaches an altitude of his desire, the android snaps his fingers and the sphere detonates into a flurry of ki projectiles. If he is unable to snap his fingers, the mortar will fall back down to the ground and then explodes—drastically reducing its potential. Like a lethal hail of rain, these shards of energy cleave through the sky and rain death and destruction upon the ground below them. The potency and area of this attack is dependent upon how much energy android seeks to invest in this maneuver. Due to its simple method of execution and power, this attack is a good means to deal with many foes or a single enemy.

Ki Shockwave
This attack has is based on a pretty simply theory: It’s powerful and great in times of desperation. All the time, Seventeen’s processor is generating the ki that the android uses for attacks, flying, and everything else. Whilst he can be drained physically and mentally to the state where he is fatigued and unable to keep fighting, there is always a surplus of ki in the android’s wiring and central processor. We’re not talking enough to keep him alive; we’re talking a ridiculous amount of storage, enough to make the iPod Nano look like a bitch. If ever he found himself in a desperate scenario, Seventeen could simply unload this reservoir. The result is a shockwave that can obliterate small cities—a great swansong. If the android survives the massive deficit, he’d be in a coma for anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks, however long it takes for the CPU to reboot and recharge.

Ki Grenade
This attack begins with Seventeen charging a sphere of black energy. Unlike your run-of-the-mill energy projectile, this ball is motionless (it neither churns nor scintillates). It is also crafted in such a manner that it is increasingly difficult to detect via underdeveloped ki senses or technology. Because of all these mannerisms, the ‘grenade’, when coupled with android’s natural inability to not be detected like normal beings, is a superb means of decimating weaker foes without making his presence known to others. Furthermore, it’s a decent means to keep any opponent on their toes. It explodes only after leaving Seventeen’s hands for five seconds, and before it detonates, it can bounce and roll, akin to a real grenade. With enough force behind the throw, it can even smash through wood and even steel before exploding.

Everything above this post is approved with one exception.

17 - Ki Parasite -- you'd need to have Venomous Ki for that best move. I saw that it had already been approved, but that would have been my response had I seen it in the first place.

Got a couple more.

Strong Arm
- Using his store of Katchin metal (often hidden as an extra layer under his armor), Raditzu covers his right arm. This covering serves several purposes. Simply having a katchin-clad fist makes punches significantly more potent. As a defense, Raditzu can reform parts of the arm into shields or spikes or even an umbrella. The other unique feature of this covering is a series of vents along the outside of the forearm; when open, these vents exhaust ki and accelerate the speed of the saiyan's punches. While the Strong Arm covers the palm of Rad's hand, he can't project ki. Retracting the katchin slows the speed of some of his ranged attacks.

Blast Whip - By manipulating the metal in his bracers, or by drawing additional metal under his armor or from his Strong Arm, Raditzu can create a prehensile whip. In order to control the whip (and make sure its strong enough to actual injure/tie down a super power) Raditzu must infuse the weapon with his own energy; that's where the weapon gets its name. Upon contact with another surface (opponent's or otherwise) Raditzu can discharge a portion of the ki in the whip to create a potent explosion. After doing so he needs to recharge the whip, but its usually worth it. Alternatively, Raditzu can channel electricity, via his Raikinesis, along the whip.

EDIT: 3 moves left.

Solar Blast- It starts out as a simple orb tossed into the air. When it explodes, everyone looking in its direction is temprorily blinded by the sun like rays.

Phosphorus Bomb- This is a rather unique attack created by Retane after deserting planet Namek for his first time. Finding hisrace pitiful as they seemed to care for for the living then adventure, Retane created attack souly for the purpose of the destruction of oxygen, there for also the destruction of life. Though, he never coiuld fully perfect it. The attack itsself is encased in a simple orb of ki and is unleashed only after the ki-seal is broken by contact or detonation. Once the seal is broken and the real attack is unleashed the oxygen within the attacks grasp is burned on contact. The down fall is using the attack to much can really take it's toll on Retane, and a simple blast could destroy the Phosphorus Bomb causing nothing more then smoke in the air.

Hell's Leash- Retane throws out his arms and long black coils form from his palms, three coils per hand. The long 'chains' are whipped around like weapons, lashing his opponents. The black coils attack at a long melee distance, but strike with the force of energy attacks. If a direct hit is successful, and the target is close enough, the coils can temporarily wrap around a section of the opponent and hold it (ie- an arm, so it can't block, etc.), making areas of the body vulnerable to attack from the other coils.

Windstorm- Retane places one arm across his chest and the other in front of him. He rolls them over each other in a 360 roll and creates what seems like wind whilring around his forearms. This attack can be either shot, at the foe, which the winds are razor sharp(Like Pikkons Hyper tornado), or used to propel other attacks from the arms into faster speeds.

Unknown- After much training Retane can create KI attacks that appear out of thin air anywhere he chooses around the area he is in. This is a great move to send a move such as Demise and other such moves at his opponent without them suspecting a thing.

Gray Assault- The mercenary cups his hands out in front of him and a small gray mass forms, taking shape of skull between his fingers. As the blast is released the namek can allow the blast to vary in size by expanding it to consume a large area, or concentrate on a acute spot.

Soul Reaper- The Reaper taps into the other dimension and calls forth a densien in the form of a scythe. If one is struck by the blade, it shall go straight through, attacking the enemy, not physically, but eating at the soul and energy.

Toxin- As the assassins aura burns, he releases a toxin that slowly eats away at his victims energy, tiring them and making them fatigue.

And I just have to try it....

Judgement(Curse of the Reaper):

Retane is now the God of Death. Retane has learned ‘Judgment’. As the official Death Dealer of the planet his Ki Sense extends into the afterlife now to keep tabs on the signatures of those he has killed or even encountered. Yema will even defer slightly to the Reaper now on where to send souls Retane has killed. As an added bonus to this, Retane can see and communicate with the lost wondering souls that rest in the material world.

Focused Shockwave - Mowgli has no idea how he came about being able to do this. It was if by pure instinct alone that this concept came to him and through little practice he has become able to summon it with minimal effort. This technique is performed by Mowgli simply raising two fingers while focusing on a spot on the ground and an explosion of energy is created within the 10 foot radius of the spot he was focused on. This attack is useless against someone who isn't on or close to the ground.

Big Bang Attack (Mowgli's Version) - Mowgli extends his left or right hand and charges up large amounts of ki into his palm, turned to a 90 degree angle (as if to signal "Stop") each finger and thumb glows with a blue aura, then are fired off at the opponent. The energy discharges can be morphed into either a wave or a large energy ball, comet-like energy projectile type blast. It can be interchangeable each time. Normally changed for tactical measures. This attack is either yellow, light blue, or white in color, depending on how much energy Mowgli puts into it, and creates an enormous explosion upon contact.

Barrier - With this technique, Mowgli can create a shield around himself or someone he is pointing to, which can withstand many attacks as long as the he has enough Ki to supply and the attacker isn't dramatically stronger than him.

Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack - This attack creates little ghost like clones of the user. These ghost clones have a mind of heir own, but will listen to their creator. The ghosts will explode on contact with anything.

Dragon Kamehameha - The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired. The only difference that this has with a Kamehameha is that when fired, it's front resembles the face of a dragon.

1) Supernova - Koola's favourite attack. The changeling prince raises a flat hand or index finger to the sky. A spark ignites and quickly expands into a huge orange ball of energy. It takes a great deal of force to push it away, and can cause the destruction of planets. Although Koola does not find it draining, he cannot perform this attack in quick succession.

2) Death Beam - A simple but potent energy attack. Koola points a finger or fingers at a target and fires a thin beam of ki that can penetrate almost anything, including organic material. If the target is strong, the beam will explode rather than pass through. This attack can also be fired rapidly, but it puts somewhat of a drain on Koola.

3) Renzoku Shine Shine Missile - Used to pummel a target with a continuous stream of stronger-than-average energy bolts. Koola launches ki blasts at a fast rate, showering the target. Typically used in aggravated and/or desperate situations.

4) Fusion Shields - Koola creates two shields of energy that rest over the tops of his forearms, roughly the size of a briefcase each. These shields take little energy to create and sustain, and they are capable of deflecting basic ki blasts and can even be used to block physical attacks. Their disadvantages are that they cannot defend against best moves and the placement of the shield/s must be accurate to prevent damage. To protect against best moves, Koola can bring his forearms together in front of him and fuse the shields into one large defensive barrier, which expands to cover his whole front. Almost any attack can be blocked with this, but if it's a beam or constant attack, it will eventually fade.

A variation of this move calls for Koola to form the same shields on his shins. They act in the same manner, and when his legs are brought together, they create a large shield. In this instance, they can be useful for blocking an attack while still using the arms, or for use as a huge sled.
(admins, if you want that extra part to be another move, that's ok with me.)

5) Eye Beams - Koola simply fires energy beams from his eyes. Not titanically powerful, but still packs a punch, especially to a foe who is unaware of them. They are basically an occular version of Death Beam.

6) Darkness Nova - Using the Dark Ki within him, Koola can craft an energy orb formed entirely out of the negative power. He simply raises his hand into the sky holding the black ball, shouting the attack's name. Instead of exploding in a burst of light, it spreads pitch blackness around the area of the halfling, effectively the same distance and time as a Solar Flare. Because the ki used in this ability is negative, it blocks out the positive emission of normal energy, making any ki source within the blackout impossible to sense by any conventional means. Because of the ki's nature also, it cannot be blocked by closing one's eyes, as the darkness still exists if one's eyes are opened again.

7) Bullet Time - Through his training with the Guardian of Time, Koola has learnt to manipulate the very flow of time. In this instance, the prince can slow the rate of time, bringing everything around him into "slow-motion" action. This allows him to move faster, dodge a potentially unavoidable blast, and for stealth missions. He himself is not affected. Since Koola is a novice at this, however, his ability to hold the slowness of time effectively is rather low. With time (no pun intended), he hopes to wield it better.

I have another 8 best moves, but I'd like to keep them on hold for later, if that's OK.

How's this?

Hakka Soudoushou (Shouden) -

A move that Seventeen has been acquainted with in the past in one form or another due to his travels with its (possible) originator, the namekian Piccolo. The user of the Hakka Soudoushou becomes blurry due to massive amounts of ki raising within his/her body, sending after images in all directions. The attack it's self is in the form of a dark dragon wave propelled from the user's palm. Massive damage is dealt to those that have not mastered the technique, practice makes this attack nearly perfect.

8 ) Icer-Sense - A subtle technique that has sifted into Koola's mind. It acts a a precursor to danger, alerting the prince that something bad is about to happen, although it doesn't necessarily describe what. Anything from a sneak attack, energy blast or incoming comet will set off this awareness, but it is the changeling's job to act on it and move.

This precognition also works in a stronger sense, but less often. Koola is capable of seeing future events, but they are usually only quick flashes of several seconds.

EDIT: 7 moves left.

Yin Kamehameha - Yin Kamehameha is Amadeuses version of Jackie Chun`s Zen Kamehameha. Allthough it has a black and violet colouring, it is essentially the same move and remains a much upgraded version of the Kamehameha. It is performed the same way as standard Kamehameha, but there is a difference in the result. The Yin Kamehameha's power can be determined from its weakest form to a very powerful form. It can be controlled and it can also separate into many beams. However, the more powerful is the attack, the more ki it consumes. Especially in its strongest form the attack consumes much of the users power.

Countermove - After realising how costly energy battles tend to be, Jackie Chun devised this move and taught it to Amadeus. It is a colourless beam whos only visible part are the outlines. When it comes in touch with a ki-based attack, the ki attack will simply evaporate and disperse the collected energy. The move is cheaper then a normal attack in regards to the users energy since it only requires half as much ki as the attack it is ment to counter. Additionally, it can be split into several beams, similarly like the Yin Kamehameha. But for all it`s positive sides, the move does have some weaknesses. As the name implies, the move only negates other moves and is useless against Techniques and physichal attacks. Additionally, Countermove is useless as an attack of it`s own since the end result, no matter how
much ki you put into it, is the same as if you had spilled the enemy
with a bucket of water. Chilling but useless.

Army of the Suffering - Using his potent magical powers, Amadeus can summon five phoenix birds of light blue colouring. They are very fast and explode upon contact, causing substantial damage. The move is especially powerful if souls of the nearby deceased are used.

Darkfall - This is another Amadeuses magical power that shrouds an area in darkness. It slightly increases the power of Amadeuses attacks and limits the opponents area of sight.

Soul Katana - Using a combination of ki and magical powers, Amadeus can create a energetic move in a shape of a katana. Using it, he instantly kills his opponent and cuts through his soul. This awards Amadeus with a small amount of ki which he can use to power his next move. Since the opponent needs to be substantially weakened for the move to work, Soul Katana can only be used as a finishing move. In addition, the opponents soul recoveres quickly from the cut.

Womans Secret- Brianna can use her Ki to Create a clone of herself or others that are no9thing but mere holograms, but great for a distraction. The more able she is to concentrate, the better able she is to wield te Hologram.

Untouchable- Unbeknownst to the young girl, she can go into a defensive rage that exspells a pure visible aura. This energy deflects anything that comes near it and can rip holes throughout buildings. and the ground when unleashed. A secondary offesive movement after she learns more of how to control the rage allows her to grab ahold of a foe and unleash the Feild... causing them grgeat distress while in the orb.

Vengance- A favorite attack of Brianna's. She holds her hands in a diamond shape infront of her and charges an unseen energy within the gap. She unleashes the attack usually with a scream of anger, giving her victims the understanding of the pain she's been through.

Love line- Through her life Brianna has learned to know what pain is and has opened a part of her soul that can allow her to temporarily share her energy with another or accept anothers.

Unyeilding Bitch- Angered, the wench thrusts herhands outwards and unleashes a machine gun type blast of energy that hine in on her preferred target(s)

When Darkness Falls- The mercenary has control of a darkside that allows him to simply create darkness from shades of night to pure pitch black. As well he can createsolid black duoble mirrored walls that can allow one to se inard of outward... but it all depends on the Reaper.

RETANE: Definite "no" on Judgment. Were Soul Reaper and Toxin any of your old moves that were approved? And describe "When Darkness Falls" better.

MOWGLI: Approved.

SEVENTEEN: Approved.

KOOLA: Spider...I mean...Icer-Sense kind of sounds like Ki Sense to me. I'm iffy on anything "precog." I'm inclined to say no, but an admin is welcome to overrule.

AMADEUS: Soul Katana needs Venemous Ki, and there's also the "kill" thing going on. No.

BRIANNA: No to Love Line. Admin is welcome to overrule.

I don't want to feel the things that you do
Don't worry, I'll be fine
I just don't want this dream, wake me up inside=_

Bayonet: The technique begins with a simple coating of ki over the hands and forearms of the user. The thickness of the coating determines the attack's power to a small degree as well as it's range. After a sufficient amount of ki is put into the attack, the user may attack normally to add a little extra sting to his attack. This is not, however the aim of the attack. From the gauntlets, the user can will portions of ki to extend and form blades. The ki can also be manipulated to become unnaturally hard or weak enough to pass through opponents, inflicting no damage. These blades can be extended at any angle from the gloves, though it is nearly always over the backs of the hands. The blades may be formed shorter and wider than normal for limited use as a shield or long and fine to provide a greater attack radius. (Normally, the blades cannot extend farther than 2 1/2 feet in length at the most). For a long range attack, the blades can also be fired a limited distance (Not much more than 100 feet before it fizzles out).

Black as night, black as coal.
I wanna see the sun blotted out from the sky;
I wanna see it painted, painted, painted, painted black.[/COLOR]
