Assassins Tunnel- The warrior summons forth a dimensional doorway. As he enters the dimension he finds himself in a paralell word of his own. Time is frozen is place, as he moves through to his target location and exits the realm. The Down fall is, the longer a livng being stays within the dimension, the more fatigue he gets. (This move is unable to be used when staff deems neccsary... such as DA)
I had a staff memeber Ok this before after alot of alterations I beleive. I think it may have been Waff that finally said he'd let it slide?

Whether it's controlling or not, Fear affects another person's mind, and anything of a mental nature on other people requires Telepathy. An enzyme is creative, but not a loophole.
What would be better than making someone else deaf for Silencer is to make it so, very temporarily, your character has an invisible barrier that blocks sound waves from being emitted.
EDIT: Assassin's Tunnel, I'd say no because it's a form of teleportation. Looks like Nightcrawler. An admin can overrule me if they want.

It's pretty wordy, but, well, it is gonna be her ultimate move.

Cataclysm
This is Bra’s ultimate attack. Essentially, it is an amalgamation of three of her most extraordinarily powerful techniques. Utilizing her ‘Birthright’ ability to rapidly generate ki, Bra creates as powerful a Big Bang Attack as she is able, while at the same time infusing an enormous amount of shadow energy from her Enervation technique.
The result is a massive, pulsating orb of energy. It is black in color, although flares of white and blue bleed through it. Purple and blue flashes of electricity snake around it, and the intensely powerful sphere rotates on it’s own, as a planet on it’s axis.
The surrounding area hundreds of feet around the attack becomes significantly darkened, a by-product of the sheer power being drawn into the Cataclysm. Finally, it is unleashed like the Big Bang Attack, sent hurtling toward the earth.
The explosion is immense. It is apocalyptic. The sheer breadth of the destruction is near unfathomable. A gigantic dome of kinetic energy precedes the explosion, sweeping out before collapsing back in on itself, resulting in a secondary explosion. The collateral damage is equally monstrous; the resulting crater’s diameter and depth is vaster than some metropolises. The attack, and the ridiculously fast gathering of such enormous quantities of energy, however, leave Bra completely drained of ki, and most likely will render her unconscious, and, as such, is rarely ever used.

2) If not, does that mean Telepathy can be used to cover a range of best moves featuring mind manipulation? If yes, what particular effects could a best move armed with Telepathy accomplish?

RETANE: No, it wouldn't make a difference.
KOOLA: To my knowledge, Telekinesis is not an ability. Telepathy more encompasses illusory things, not mind control. For example, there was a move along the lines of showing a person their worst fears, and therefore putting them in a temporary state of panic until they realize it's just an illusion. Telepathy allows you in somebody's head, but the access is very limited, and you can't control them.

Feind Shackles- Spawning from Hells Leash, the mercenary has developed another duo-fensive maneuver. Using either the chains or the palms of his hands(glowing similar to creation of Hells Leash), the warrior can create shackles about his target on contact. Though temporary, these bands can last through a fight and then some,pending the situation. Retane uses Hells Leash to latch onto the shackles and bind them together. Though the chains linking the bands are weaker then the actual cuff, they can be a nuisance until you bust free.
Mirrored Strings- When the namekian flesh, touches another, he can sometimes detach very thin strings upon his foe. With these strings, the mercenary can transfer the pain he feels from his foe, back into his foe.

9) Violet Wrath - Koola throws both hands behind his head, like he's trying to reach something from his back, and a purple ball of energy coats them. He can charge it as long as he wants, and thus the charging time will dictate the strength of the blast. Indeed, even weakly charged it still packs a punch.
Once the intensity of the ki in Koola's hands reaches a satisfactory plateau, the changeling throws his hands at his target, yelling the name and releasing a horrifying beam of violet energy. One of his more favoured moves when he has lost his temper.
10) Mirage - Using his telepathic abilities, Koola can dupe the vision of one person nearby into believing that there are a countless number of Koolas surrounding them. They cannot attack, as they are illusions projected by the prince, but to someone who doesn't know that, it can be very unsettling and morale draining.
11) Meganova - Koola's trump card. When all looks like it's lost, and the Icer's rage is nigh upon giving him a stress induced heart attack, this monstrous move is called upon.
A crimson aura explodes around the prince. As he strengthens this energy, it grows until it becomes spherical. The outside of the sphere then looks almost like lava flowing around him. In an instant, it balloons to a size where an entire capital city could easily fit within the orb, although this expansion does not destroy. Anything within the Meganova when it expands cannot leave the edges of the red-yellow prison. It is effectively trapped.
Koola continues to charge, then once his rage peaks, he lets it go. The explosion is titanic. The blast decimates a wide radius, levelling anything that was within or without the dome.

Crucifixtion- The warrior produces a curved bow made of ki, along with arrows. His sights invision a cross behind his foe and four swift shots are fired at the foe so that he finds him self stuck to a cross that he cannot see, and as the doe is stuck the assassin looses a fifth arrow hitting their skull, sending them back in pain.(Note arrows are made of Ki)
Backfire- Seeing that he could not always use hidden techniques, the warrior created a simplistic shot that could implement a backfire on his foes attack by using pressure. The defensive manuver differs in backfire, pending the concentration and strength of the foe.
Acid- Disgaceful, yet tactful. The warrior spits in the face of his foe, thus causing loss of direction and senses temporarily.
Hologram- Simplistic enough, the namekian can use a little bit of his chakra to emit holograms.
Solidify- Adding a bit more energy to the holograms, make them solid. Though a simple hit that is a bit stronger then a meager human can destroy one.

It is suppose to send an unusually small fast orb towards the foe's attack near the time of release.... PPending the pressure of the defence and power of the attack, there will be a backfire that hurts the foe from his own attack.

So lets say someone is charging up a kamehameha. The backfire orb would hit the kamehameha while its still being charged and cause the stored energy to explode prematurely. Which would, in turn, damage whoever was charging it.
Is that accurate?

Ki Shield: This technique is clearly defensive, concentrating Dehan allows his ki to flow about his body. Depending on how much he has to spare it usually forms a light green spherical shield around his body.
Ki Shield Wraith: This is an more offensive version of the Ki Shield technique, after creating his shield Dehan can alter his ki and expand it forward and around him in an outward motion in an effort to destroy any enemies that may have surrounded him or attack a single opponent.
The more energy he discharges the larger the sphere becomes though this technique is taxing on the youth since he has to concentrate on holding the shape of a sphere and keep it from exploding and harming him which is easy to do if he happens to lack the ki to supply the technique or is physically hurt.
(Short version: It's similar to the Bakuhatsuha technique except he's using the energy of the ki shield formed beforehand offensively.)

Yin Kamehameha - Yin Kamehameha is Amadeuses version of Jackie Chun`s Zen Kamehameha. Allthough it has a black and violet colouring, it is essentially the same move and remains a much upgraded version of the Kamehameha. It is performed the same way as standard Kamehameha, but there is a difference in the result. The Yin Kamehameha's power can be determined from its weakest form to a very powerful form. It can be controlled and it can also separate into many beams. However, the more powerful is the attack, the more ki it consumes. Especially in its strongest form the attack consumes much of the users power.
Countermove - After realising how costly energy battles tend to be, Jackie Chun devised this move and taught it to Amadeus. It is a colourless beam whos only visible part are the outlines. When it comes in touch with a ki-based attack, the ki attack will simply evaporate and disperse the collected energy. The move is cheaper then a normal attack in regards to the users energy since it only requires half as much ki as the attack it is ment to counter. Additionally, it can be split into several beams, similarly like the Yin Kamehameha. But for all it`s positive sides, the move does have some weaknesses. As the name implies, the move only negates other moves and is useless against Techniques and physichal attacks. Additionally, Countermove is useless as an attack of it`s own since the end result, no matter how much ki you put into it, is the same as if you had spilled the enemy
with a bucket of water. Chilling but useless.
Army of the Suffering - Using his potent magical powers, Amadeus can summon five phoenix birds of light blue colouring. They are very fast and explode upon contact, causing substantial damage. The move is especially powerful if souls of the nearby deceased are used.
Darkfall - This is another Amadeuses magical power that shrouds an area in darkness. It slightly increases the power of Amadeuses attacks and limits the opponents area of sight.
Soul Katana - Using a combination of ki and magical powers, Amadeus can create a energetic move in a shape of a katana. Using it, he cuts through his opponents soul. Although the opponent quickly recovers from the cut, it awards Amadeus with the ability to use one of his opponents moves once. In addition, if the opponent is seriously weakened, Amadeus can use Soul Katana to execute his opponent. The regular effect still aplies.
Last move has been approved by staff under the condition that I ask for permission before using the fatality effect.
Is this fine, then?

Something like that... but I was more aiming at.. Say a Kamehemeha was unleashed, and the blast hits the wave and emits a backfire. But if you want it to be that strong then ...sure... lol

Hemorage- The renegade tapts into his mind and unleahes the berserker mode of himeself. He feels no pain or any damage. The only issue is he knows only one objective, and knows not when to flee.
Sonic flare- The warrior's fists emit a clear aura and when they strike a foe, it emits a sonic flare through the body.
Hurricane- Wind expells from the warrior, slowing down the attacker as he comes towards him.

Ki Net –
An attack with a rather simplistic nature—Seventeen charges up a sphere of ki (usually green) and shoots it at a foe. As the ball zeroes in on the target, it expands into a tightly woven net. Upon contact, the net wraps around its target and tightens, causing the target to lose their equilibrium and be unable to fight back. Stronger opponents may be able to remain standing after being hit by the net. In either case, the target ends up being trapped long enough for Seventeen to either escape, arm himself, charge up an attack, or even just fire off an attack.

Strange. I thought only the "killing" effect was controversial. But very well, as you wish.
Soul Katana - Using a combination of ki and magical powers, Amadeus can create a energetic move in a shape of a katana. By using it to cut through an enemy, a two-fold effect occurs. The ki part of the blade infiltrates the body and reaks havoc from the inside, causing the organism to collapse upon itself. Meanwhile, the magic part of the katana cuts through the enemies soul, unleashing that persons worst memories and most horrible feelings. Combined, they cause significant physichal and mental anguish which lasts until the person dies. Since the move requires the intended target to be severely weakened, Soul Katana can only be used as a finishing move. (Note: Staff permission needed for use)
Is this better?
