Everyone has to deal with idiots, and if police officers take the job because one of the perks is smashing some young girls face through a wall if they are "assaulted", which they do, then a fucking economic stimulus is the least of this country's problems.
This was a girl, firstly. And for the spineless losers that say that doesn't make a difference, she's also 14 years old. Moreso, being tapped on the thigh by a fucking Reebok doesn't warrant kicking, punching, slamming, slamming, punching, punching, dragging someone by their fucking hair. Yeah, cops are allowed to use aggressive force in a situation that warrants it, but nothing warrants excessive force ever.
If this limp-dicked asshole was mad that he couldn't win a verbal battle of wits with a teenage girl, then he should have gone home and brushed over some ghetto jargon and "yo-mamma jokes", not beat her like she had the nuclear codes in her vagina and was blackmailing him out of his pension.
The older I get the more I begin to despise the whole notion of law enforcement. Shooting unarmed kids 51 times, blowing a woman's brains out the side of her head because she had a 3 Musketeers in her hand, it's fucking apparent that the police force, nationwide, is filled with racists, sociopaths, and Revenge of the Nerds wannabe's who are still afraid of their own shadow. But wow, it's not a problem, because they scored an equivalent of an 800 SAT score on the exam, and can do a pushup to within 3 inches of the floor. That makes them qualified to go around with loaded guns, and have the right to bludgeon young girls about the head.
