You play only with the mouse and a few keyboard buttons. Plays kinda like Geometry Wars. The skull is you; the targeting bubble that shoots pewpews is dragged behind the skull, so shooting in different directions is kinda strange at first.
Health bar is at the bottom-left.
Hold the left mouse button to freeze the targeting bubble, so you can move around while firing in the same direction.
Double-click the left button to give off a sphere of golden pewpews, become temporarily invincible, and do increased damage, but you can only use this when the "anger" bar at the bottom-center is full.
Hold spacebar to reduce the game's speed, which uses another bar that is above the anger bar.
Collect monies to buy things.
