Eh. It's Dallas, right? It's not the worst neighborhood, but it's not exactly easy, either. When someone you're trying to ticket refuses to pull over, that's going to put any cop on edge.
But again, I don't see what he did that was 'wrong', per se. Could he have been nicer? Sure. But that's his prerogative.
As an aside, yesterday I went and volunteered help on setting up the memorial for the Oakland police officers that were gunned down in Oakland recently. They died because two cops pulled over the gunman for a traffic misdemeanor. It isn't unusual for cops to die this way.
