Why can't you solder it? wtf box it and mail it to me I can operate a soldering iron

I don't have the iron plus I've never done it before, not entirely wanting to try. But supposedly most of the internet says there was a lot of LCD monitors that had shitty boards inside.

What's sad is that the only two things (other than my two hard drives - I had to not use the third) that I didn't replace, both completely died. My dvd burner/rom (leaving me with nothing) and my monitor. Of course, my 19 inc crt from a few years before the lcd monitor is still kicking it fine.
