Hate the controller that came with my xbox is on the fritz, if I call you guys think they'll replace it? I just got this 360 in January.

depends on where you got it. places like wal-mart usually only ask for a receipt as proof of purchase if you're doing a full refund, but you can get an exchange for almost anything over nearly any amount of time without even having proof of purchase. my brother got a n64 system replacement several years after the fact, he just had to bug them for a while. dedicated game shops tend to be more anal about it. if you got the system in mid-January, you just missed the 90 day time limit used on most return policies so you might end up having to buy a new one.
