Character Name: Belle Hibiki
Age: ~18
Brief Biography: Belle was raised in the forest for most of his life, living off the land and learning martial arts from his ambling, sometimes brutally focused father. As a consequence, he knows very little about the modern world, and his unrestrained way of attacking life has a way of stepping on other people's toes. He is currently traveling with two companions - an old man and a young girl - searching for the Dragonballs to grant Hibiki his wish.
Personality: Loud. Rude. Ignorant. Having spent most of his time with his father or alone, Belle has practically no concept of an internal filter. He says what comes to mind. This brutal honesty inevitably steps on toes or leads to misunderstandings with his few friends, who have either learned to live with it or work around it. On the flip side, since he's so used to being honest, he is a truly awful liar. (Note: This doesn't mean he always blathers on about random shit. Just that, if he feels like answering a question or saying something, it will not be padded in the swaddling cloth of sensitivity.)
His other noteworthy trait is his temper. Even on a good day, his mood hovers somewhere between grumpy and sour. His moods are also tempestuous: if you piss him off by eating his last waffle at breakfast, he's liable as not to forget the entire thing happened by lunch. Insults or name-calling is fairly common in the middle of a temper tantrum, but it's more of a release valve than deeply rooted mean spiritedness.
Quick to heat, quick to cool. That's Belle.
(Also, he is a huge gynephobe. (Afraid of women.) If it has breasts, he tries to stay as far away as humanly possible.)
Fighting Style: A mixed form of martial arts pulled together from varying styles. Elements of boxing heavily emphasized.
Alignment: Government
Why They Fight: Although Belle doesn't have any specific loyalties to the government (in fact finding the lot of them a bunch of stuffy, weird smelling, bureaucratic pussies),he assumes that they must be on the right side of things since they (or at least *a* government) were the ones that actually stood up and tried to fight the Construct a couple months back. Where was this bitch Juliet when all that shit was fucking happening? Doing her nails? Fuck her. (Not in a sexual way!)
Though it's entirely possible he could be coerced to the other side. That could be finagled in a number of ways.
