There a Lawyer in the house?
#1
Lol... none of this is recent, but after applying for a job, getting an initial interveiw and talking to my mother and having to wonder about my background check, I guess I want some opinions or ideas, and possibly maybe some courage or insight in dealing with the situation.

Most may know... I'm not the average person, but I have only been in trouble with the law, for Driving incidences, and I was guilty for them. However, theres one charge that has me with issues, consciously.

Some may remember the Psycho bitch, well while myself and my dads friend were with her, he had a chainsaw, and left it at her place, She pawned it knowing it was illegal, and what not, I even expressed it was.

I was with her or in the car when it was bbeing pawned. I actually had to step outside and crank it up for the people...

Honestly if it was mine, I would have kept it and used it on cutting wood because, It was sweet. And Dmaned there new. But I knew it was hot soI didn't want anything to do with it really.

I never entered the Pawn Shop, and that was probably the second time I had touched it to crank it up. SHe wound up in trouble and a Detective was on the case of the stolen item.

After I had been done with her she pointed the finger at me and what not so there was a warant for my arrest...

I got pulled as a passanger and had to go infront of a bond jiudge...

I could have beat the charge with ease, had I known much about the Judicial system, but as soon as I was called, The paper said, Grand Theft Auto, instead of Possesion of Stolen GOods.

I panicked and asked for a jury trial.

Months later, at the pretrial conference, I spoke with a young attorney. ANd I explained it to him. He told me if I didnt get in trouble within 6 months, I'd be good, Not a problem for me, but if I did, they'd bring the charges up against me again if I wound up in jail.

Around or right after the time frame they sent me another pretrial date, and I was like WTF... THe hurricane was nearing and the Date was changed and I was fed up of the Bullshit so I ignored it...

After neglecting to Finish paying my fines of driving issues, I wound up in jail for 30 days because 2 trickets weren't finished being paid off. Had like a single payment left but I had judged the math wrong.. go figure...

A warrant was signed for my arrest qwhile I was in there and on my release date, I was held for the other county, and come to find out, it was for the charge. I had had my mother call in my unemployment and sign and cash my checks or at least one of them and I had to call my sister to meet me at the Annex to pay the fine(TO be paid back 10 minutes later from my checks after I cashed them) to be released, so I didn't have to go sit in another jail, and everyone in the jailI was in said if I went over there acting goofy and shit that I'd lose my manhood... and im not fond of that thought...

I was informed to talk to the judge for a chance of a refund and what not, and assumed I'd prolly never get it and never thought this might be an issue on my record, but now I realize it may cause some bullshit.

SO does anyone have any tips, ideas or any type of way of trying to figure this out?
