If someone were to lose a fight, could they not just RP themselves having wounds as fodder?

That's fine.

My character does not have the ability to form energy attacks with his hands, like balls or beams, yet. Instead he uses his Psychokinesis to make up for this, as well as two regular Desert Eagle hand guns that fire metal slugs, which he turns into the equivelent of energy blasts after they leave the barrell.

Now, do these have to count as my Ki Rifle, or, since i brought them inside (which my Player Profile will show when i finally fill it out), can i have the Ki Rifle and the two handguns? I'm going to go ahead and RP finding a rifle and having the two hand guns, since the hand guns only fire metal slugs i don't think they will count as the equivelent of a ki rifle, but if you disagree let me know and i will discard the rifle.

You can have both the guns and the rifle. That's cool.

Since the next round will be starting at, like, 8 pm, I want to make sure that collar-time doesn't have anything to do with round-time. Regardless of when a round starts, the collars still start/reset/whatever at midnight, right?

Collar time has nothing to do with round time. The collars will still start and reset at midnight, always. Those who are caught without entering a bunker may still role-play their fight, but at the end of judging, they get dusted.
