I think the nerf to Tryn is fucking homo-gay. Bloodlust is so ridiculously worthless as a heal for the first 2 or 3 levels that the only thing it had going on for it was the cooldown. Now it's basically wasting levels getting it to the point where it's worth actually using. The cooldown increase on Undying Rage was actually a pretty good idea.
I was also surprised about the mini-nerf to Corki. I don't see him that widely played, though, so hard to say I really have an opinion on it.
I definitely approve of the nerf to TF and the buff to Udyr. And majorly approve of removing Turret Amor/MR decay. That was stupid.
EDIT: And yes, changing runes without a refund is poor form.
